Actor Bharat Narang on his Character in Satyaa Sachee: Vikrant allows me to step out of my comfort zone and try something different
Every actor wishes for a role that pushes their limits and helps them discover new sides of their craft and that’s exactly what Bharat Narang is getting in Sun Neo’s upcoming show Satyaa Sachee. Bharat will be seen playing the character of Vikrant, and he recently opened up about his excitement for the show and the unique layers of his role.
Talking about his excitement for the role, Bharat shares, “I’m excited to be a part of Satyaa Sachee, and playing the role of Vikrant allows me to step out of my comfort zone and try something different. It’s a very layered and powerful character on one side, he’s a disciplined police officer, and on the other, his strict personal beliefs often create tension in his world. That mix of strength and inner conflict makes the role very interesting to perform.”
He further adds, “Vikrant is an SHO who has grown up following his father’s strong ideologies. His father doesn’t believe in feminism, and Vikrant has inherited the same mindset, believing those views to be completely right. What makes this character stand out is the clash he brings on screen he reflects a mentality that still exists in society. Through Vikrant’s journey, we see how such rigid beliefs can affect both one’s personal and professional life.”
The show follows the heartfelt journey of Satyaa and Sachee, two inseparable sisters from a small village. Satyaa is bold and fearless, while Sachee is gentle and selfless together, they share a bond not born out of duty, but of pure love and an unspoken promise to always be there for each other.
