Baghin actor Romanch Mehta on the show’s dual availability: It’s like reaching out to two different worlds

Romanch Mehta, known for his captivating performances in shows like Kulfi Kumar Bajewala, Kabhi Kabhie Ittefaq Sey, and Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev, is thrilled about his new show Baghin’s dual availability. After its successful launch on Star Bharat’s prime time slot, the show is now gearing up for its OTT debut on Atrangii App. Baghin revolves around three brothers, with Romanch portraying the character of Shekhar. The actor is excited about the unique combination of airing Baghin on both TV and OTT, expressing his views on how this approach will enhance the show’s reach and impact.

*Romanch said,* “Honestly, as per me, I think it’s a win-win situation for us. Being featured on a popular TV channel and an OTT platform is something everyone who works hard would appreciate and be proud of. It’s like reaching out to two different worlds. As actors, we put our all into bringing the story to life, and when it reaches a wide audience, it’s the best feeling. This dual availability ensures it reaches a wider and diverse audience, from homemakers watching TV to the younger generation on OTT. While the show is already on air on Star Bharat, it will be available on Atrangii from 8th Feb, providing entertainment for everyone.

*He further added,* “As an actor, I’m happy about this approach because diverse audience feedback will help us learn consumer dynamics, grow and put our best foot forward in the future. The entire Baghin team has poured their heart and soul into making things work, and we hope viewers connect with the show and shower us with their blessings.”

‘Baghin,’ unravels a fierce confrontation between MAN and BEAST. The show also features Aneri Vajani, Zeeshan Khan, Ansh Bagri, Iqbal Azad and Mridula Oberoi, and Krrip Kapur Suri in pivotal roles. The plot centres around ‘Gauri’ (Aneri Vajani), a simple girl deeply in love with Veer (Zeeshan Khan). Owing to unforeseen events, she finds herself marrying Veer’s brother, Deva (Ansh Bagri). However, a tragic incident leads to her being possessed by the spirit of a tigress (Baghin), triggering a vengeful quest against those accountable for her untimely demise.
