ஸ்கை பிக்சர்ஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் தயாரிப்பில், டாக்டர் என். யோகேஸ்வரன் மற்றும் ஃபைவ் ஸ்டார் செந்தில் இணைந்து தயாரித்துள்ள பரபரப்பான திரில்லர் திரைப்படம் ‘காளிதாஸ் 2’. ‘காளிதாஸ்’ படத்தின் வெற்றிக்குப் பிறகு, அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக இயக்குநர் ஸ்ரீ செந்தில் இயக்கத்தில், நடிகர் பரத் முன்னணி கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடித்துள்ள இப்படம், வரும் ஏப்ரல் 10-ம் தேதி உலகம் முழுவதும் வெளியாக உள்ளது.

நடிகர்கள் சாந்தனு, கலையரசன், ஹரிஷ் கல்யாண் உள்ளிட்டோர், ‘காளிதாஸ்’ முதல் பாகத்தை விட அதிக தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் படமாக ‘காளிதாஸ் 2’ இருக்கும் என தெரிவித்தனர்.

‘Kalidas 2’ Audio Launch Event Held Grandly
The audio launch of the upcoming thriller film ‘Kalidas 2’,
produced by Sky Pictures, was held in a grand manner in the presence of media and press. The film is jointly produced by Dr. N. Yogeshwaran and producer-distributor Five Star Senthil, and directed by Sri Senthil, who earlier delivered the successful film ‘Kalidas’. Actor Bharath plays the lead role in this much-anticipated sequel, which is set for a worldwide theatrical release on April 10.
Several prominent personalities from the film industry attended the event and extended their wishes to the team.
Speaking at the event, producer Five Star Senthil expressed his gratitude to all the guests and media, stating that this is their company’s first production and emphasizing the crucial role of media support in taking the film to a wider audience.
Dr. Yogeshwaran appreciated the hard work of the team and expressed confidence that ‘Kalidas 2’ will be a valuable addition to Tamil cinema.
Industry personalities including producers Lalit Kumar, Kalaipuli S. Thanu, Dhananjayan, R. B. Choudary, and directors Pandiraj and Pa. Ranjith praised the film’s quality and the team’s dedication, expressing strong confidence that the film will emerge as a major success.
Actors Shanthanu, Kalaiyarasan, and Harish Kalyan mentioned that ‘Kalidas 2’ will deliver an even greater impact than the first part.
Debutant Ajay Karthik, who is being introduced through this film, shared his experience and expressed gratitude for the opportunity. Actor Bharath stated that the film is not just a regular thriller, but a gripping blend of emotion, mystery, and suspense that will keep audiences engaged throughout.
Actress Sangeetha makes her return to Tamil cinema with a significant role in this film. She is joined by Bhavani Sre and Aparnathi in important roles.

The producers, who previously distributed successful films like ‘Parking’, ‘Garudan’, and ‘Maharaja’, are now presenting ‘Kalidas 2’ as their next venture, raising high expectations among audiences.
