Yuvaa, a platform that listens to the youth, is set to redefine parent – children relationships has come back with the second season of Vi presents *”Be A Parent, Yaar!*”, which brings parent – child duos Yuvaa, a platform that listens to the youth, is set to redefine parent – children relationships has come back with the second season of Vi presents *”Be A to talk about the topics they would normally never discuss- the awkward, the personal, the real topics, one conversation at a time, with a mission to shrink the gap and understand each other. Raw, honest, and totally unexpected – this is what happens when parents and kids decide to drop their guards and just talk.

The first episode featured the charismatic father-daughter duo of – Bollywood veteran Chunky Panday and rising star Ananya Panday.

In the exclusive conversation, viewers witnessed an emotionally charged and meaningful exchange between the duo as they navigate through discussions about life, love, relationships, and the glitz of showbiz.

During their fun conversation Chunky nudged Ananya and shared how her performance in Call Me Bae, CTRL, Kho Gaye Hum Kaha and Gehraiyaan amazed him, to which Ananya shared how it was her lifelong aspiration to become an actor, revealing how childhood memories deeply influenced her career choice, and also her journey of following the director’s instructions to developing a nuanced understanding of character development which also influenced her choice of opting movies. She also mentions how she admires her father’s never-give-up attitude that has inspired her own journey in the film industry. Chunky, in turn, shared his own transformative journey, navigating through Bollywood’s changing landscape and also opened up on his experience when lead roles become scarce. He also expressed how he enjoys being known as ‘Ananya’s father’ and ‘Bhavana’s husband’ and how this new identity has brought him immense joy.

While having a fun chat with Ananya, Chunky shared _”My first one and a half years in Bollywood were magical. I was at the peak, signing 50 to 75 films, feeling invincible. But I wasn’t listening to scripts or directors – just racing forward, hoping for endless success. With talents like Aamir, Shahrukh, and Akshay constantly evolving, I learnt that the industry changes quickly. My biggest lesson? Success isn’t about quantity, but about the impact you make. Watching Ananya navigate her career with wisdom makes me incredibly proud.”_

Adding to the conversation, Ananya opened up about her perspective on public backlash, trolling and managing success and said, “_Honestly at the start, I would get very affected with things, even the smallest of it made me feel really sad. Over time, I’ve gotten much stronger and I think living alone has also made a big difference because when I used to stay with all of you, it really used to feed into my sadness like what mom will feel after knowing it. But now that I’m living alone, I’ve learnt how to control my feelings and I’m also able to be with my thoughts._”

While conversing about the social media trolling and its affects, Ananya expressed, _“Now I don’t really read anything, I’m quite over it too because I’ve learnt how to see what really matters and what doesn’t.”_

Expressing his excitement for the new show, Yuvaa CEO Kevin Lee said: “_At Yuvaa, we pride ourselves in starting conversations that spark conversations, and Season 2 of ‘Be a parent, yaar!’ has taken it a notch up by creating a unique, much needed safe space for parents and children to be their vulnerable and unfiltered selves. For a large part of our Gen Z audience, it’s still tough to talk to their parents about their relationships, insecurities, aspirations and more – and our hope is that the fantastic conversations with our parent-child guests can pave the way for every young Indian to try to open up to their parents. We’re also thrilled to have a partner like Vi (Vodafone Idea) join us on this mission to make the world a little less lonely and a lot more connected.”_
