Backed by his belief, Satish revealed that he has personally invested ₹95 lakh in building the app, choosing long-term impact over immediate revenue. His ask of ₹2 crore for 5% equity reflected a clear conviction in the value of early, consistent parental engagement.
The tycoons engaged deeply with the philosophy behind Ulti-Mate Parenting, probing questions of scale, monetisation, and behaviour change. Shanti Mohan used her one-on-one card to better understand the founder’s thinking and vision. While the panel acknowledged the relevance and intent behind the idea, no equity deal was offered. The Market, however, extended a ₹2 crore acquisition offer, which Satish declined, reaffirming that Ulti-Mate Parenting is not just a product, but a movement he is committed to building.
