Yet, despite the collective belief in the product and the founders, the valuation became the defining challenge, with the panel holding firm at a ₹60 crore valuation.

Border ke liye maine ‘na’ kaha tha pehle… then my late mother-in-law, and Bharat Shah came together. Mujhe bethaya and mujhse kaha ki aap yeh film karo. JP (Dutta) se milaya. Voh din tha aur aaj ka din hain, main aur JP ekdum tight hain, and now, of course, in Border 2, jo JP ji ki beti produce kar rahi hai, Aahan (Shetty) uss picture mai hain. Rishte jab bante hain na, toh aise bante hain.”
