A New Path to Jobs for Youth – vvvsi.com Launched in Madurai
In today’s times, the biggest concern for educated youth is finding a job. Offering a ray of hope to this challenge, a new website, vvvsi.com, has been launched in Madurai with a clear mission: “No fees – Direct job opportunities.”
The website was inaugurated by actor Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, who said,
“When a young person gets a job, it changes the future of the entire family. For the past 10 years, the Vallalar Employment Service Movement has been working tirelessly without collecting any fees, acting as a strong bridge for such life-changing opportunities. It truly deserves appreciation.”
For the last decade, this movement has been collecting job openings directly from private companies and sharing them free of cost with youth across Tamil Nadu—from cities to the remotest villages. It has been a major support especially for first-generation graduates, helping them access opportunities that were otherwise out of reach.
So far, by partnering with more than 34,000 private companies, the organization has helped over 2,17,000 young people secure direct employment, without charging a single rupee. This itself stands as a strong testimony to the credibility and integrity of the service.
Taking this mission to the next level, vvvsi.com has now been created to directly connect job seekers and employers on a single free platform. From now on, youth can register from their homes and access genuine job opportunities easily.
The event was attended by the organization’s staff, volunteers, trustees, and advisory board members. The arrangements were led by the founder and managing trustee, Veeraraghavan.
Built on the values of humanity, service, equality, and compassion inspired by Vallalar, this free employment initiative is expected to become a new gateway of hope—not only for the youth of Tamil Nadu, but for young people across India.
