வெள்ளகுதிர’ பட இயக்குநர் சரண்ராஜ் செந்தில்குமார் இயக்கும் புதிய படம் ‘மண்டவெட்டி’.
டஸ்கர்ஸ் டென் பிக்சர்ஸ் தயாரிப்பில், ‘வெள்ளகுதிர’ படத்தின் மூலம் கவனம் பெற்ற இயக்குநர் சரண்ராஜ் செந்தில்குமார் இயக்கும் புதிய படம் ‘மண்டவெட்டி’. இதில் நடிகை கோமலி பிரசாத் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்கிறார். இந்த படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு இன்று (ஜனவரி 28) பூஜையுடன் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக தொடங்கியது.
பெண் கதாபாத்திரங்களை மையமாகக் கொண்டு, வித்தியாசமான கதை சொல்லல் மற்றும் வலுவான உணர்வுகளுடன் உருவாகும் படங்கள் மொழி, எல்லை கடந்தும் ரசிகர்களை கவர்ந்துள்ளன. அந்த வரிசையில், தமிழ் சினிமாவில் ஒரு புதிய அனுபவத்தை கொடுக்க வருவது தான் ‘மண்டவெட்டி’.
இந்த படம் டார்க் மற்றும் சூப்பர்நேச்சுரல் கிரைம் திரில்லர் வகையில் உருவாகிறது. ஒரு பெண் சந்திக்கும் இழப்பு, அவளின் அடையாள தேடல், உயிர்வாழ்வுக்கான போராட்டம், அதனுடன் இணைந்த மனஉணர்வுகளின் ஆழம் மற்றும் மர்மம் ஆகியவை திகில் கலந்த பரபரப்பான திரைக்கதையில் சொல்லப்பட உள்ளது.
இதுவரை வித்தியாசமான கதாபாத்திரங்களில் திறமையை நிரூபித்த கோமலி பிரசாத், இந்த படத்தில் சவாலான முன்னணி வேடத்தில் நடிக்கிறார். அவருடன் தேனப்பன், கஜராஜ், அம்ரிதா உள்ளிட்டோர் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரங்களில் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளனர்.

படத்தின் பூஜை பாரம்பரிய முறையில் நடைபெற்றது. நடிகர்கள், தொழில்நுட்பக் குழுவினர் கலந்து கொண்டு, படப்பிடிப்பு வெற்றிகரமாக நடைபெற இறைவனை வேண்டினர். தற்போது ஷூட்டிங் தொடங்கியுள்ள நிலையில், சூப்பர்நேச்சுரல் மர்மம் மற்றும் மனித மனத்தின் ஆழமான உணர்வுகள் இணைந்த ஒரு வலுவான படமாக ‘மண்டவெட்டி’ உருவாகும் என எதிர்பார்ப்பு அதிகரித்துள்ளது.

Under the banner of Duskers Den Pictures, ‘Mandavetti’ is the new film directed by ‘Vellakudhirai’ fame director Saranraj Senthilkumar, with actress Gomali Prasad playing the lead role. The film’s shooting was officially launched today (January 28) with a traditional pooja ceremony.
Films that focus on strong female characters with unique storytelling and intense emotions have crossed language and regional boundaries to win the hearts of audiences. Following that path, ‘Mandavetti’ is set to offer a fresh cinematic experience in Tamil cinema.
The film is being made as a dark, supernatural crime thriller. It explores a woman’s journey through loss, identity, and survival, delving deep into her psychological and emotional struggles, while unraveling mystery in a gripping and intense narrative.
Known for her versatile performances in challenging roles, Gomali Prasad will be seen in a powerful and demanding lead character in this film. She is joined by Thenappan, Gajaraj, and Amritha in important roles.
Technically, the film is also shaping up to be strong, with striking cinematography, intense background score, and realistic action sequences enhancing the dark and supernatural atmosphere.

The pooja was held in a traditional manner in the presence of the cast and crew, seeking divine blessings for the successful completion of the shoot.
