அரசியல்வாதிகளின் மனித முகத்தை பேச வரும் ‘கராத்தே பாபு’ – ரவி மோகன் படத்தின் முதல் பாடல் ‘ராசாதி ராசா’ வெளியீடு
தமிழ் சினிமாவில் அரசியலை மையமாகக் கொண்ட திரைப்படங்கள் பல வெளியாகியிருந்தாலும், அரசியல்வாதிகளின் தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கை, உறவுகள் மற்றும் உணர்வுகளை மையப்படுத்தி கதைகள் சொல்லப்பட்டிருப்பது அரிது. அந்த வகையில், ஒரு சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினரின் வாழ்க்கையின் மறுபக்கத்தை உணர்வுப்பூர்வமாக பதிவு செய்யும் முயற்சியாக உருவாகி வருகிறது ‘கராத்தே பாபு’.
ஸ்கிரீன் சீன் மீடியா என்டர்டெயின்மென்ட் நிறுவனம் தயாரித்துள்ள இந்தப் படத்தில் ரவி மோகன் கதாநாயகனாக நடித்துள்ளார். ‘டாடா’ திரைப்படத்தின் மூலம் கவனம் பெற்ற இயக்குநர் கணேஷ் கே. பாபு இயக்கியுள்ள இப்படம், அரசியல் பின்னணியில் நகரும் திரில்லர் கதையாக உருவாகியுள்ளது.
இப்படத்தின் முதல் பாடலான ‘ராசாதி ராசா’ தற்போது வெளியாகி ரசிகர்களின் கவனத்தை ஈர்த்துள்ளது. இசையமைப்பாளர் சாம் சி.எஸ். இசையமைத்துள்ள இந்தப் பாடலை மீனாட்சி இளையராஜா எழுதி பாடியுள்ளார். அரசியல் சூழலையும் மக்கள் மனநிலையையும் பிரதிபலிக்கும் வகையில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள இந்தப் பாடல், படத்தின் கருவை முன்னரே உணர்த்தும் வகையில் அமைந்துள்ளது.
‘அகிலன்’, ‘பிரதர்’ படங்களுக்குப் பிறகு தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனம் மற்றும் ரவி மோகன் இணையும் மூன்றாவது திரைப்படமாக ‘கராத்தே பாபு’ அமைகிறது. ரவி மோகனின் 34-வது படமாக உருவாகியுள்ள இதன் மீது ரசிகர்களிடையே ஏற்கனவே எதிர்பார்ப்பு உருவாகியுள்ளது.
தமிழ்நாடு காவல்துறையின் முன்னாள் தலைமை இயக்குநர் சங்கர் ஜிவாலின் மகள் தவ்தி ஜிவால் இந்தப் படத்தின் மூலம் கதாநாயகியாக அறிமுகமாகிறார். மேலும் கே.எஸ். ரவிக்குமார், நாசர், சக்தி வாசு உள்ளிட்டோர் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடித்துள்ளனர்.
படம் குறித்து இயக்குநர் கணேஷ் கே. பாபு கூறுகையில், “அரசியல்வாதிகளைப் பற்றிய பல திரைப்படங்கள் வந்துள்ளன. ஆனால் அவர்களின் குடும்ப வாழ்க்கை, உறவுகள், தனிப்பட்ட உணர்வுகள் குறித்து அதிகம் பேசப்படவில்லை. ஒரு மக்கள் பிரதிநிதியின் மனிதநேயமான பக்கத்தை உணர்வுகளுடன் பதிவு செய்யும் படமாக ‘கராத்தே பாபு’ இருக்கும்,” என்றார்.
தற்போது முதல் பாடல் வெளியீட்டின் மூலம் அடுத்த கட்ட புரமோஷனை தொடங்கியுள்ள ‘கராத்தே பாபு’ திரைப்படம், விரைவில் திரையரங்குகளில் வெளியாகும் என படக்குழு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
‘Karathey Babu’ Explores the Human Side of Politics – First Single ‘Raasaadhi Raasaa’ Released from Ravi Mohan’s Upcoming Film
Tamil cinema has witnessed several films centered on politics, but only a few have attempted to delve into the personal lives, relationships, and emotions of politicians. Karathey Babu aims to offer that unique perspective by presenting the lesser-seen side of a legislator’s life through an emotionally driven political narrative.
Produced by Screen Scene Media Entertainment, the film stars Ravi Mohan in the lead role. Directed by Dada fame Ganesh K. Babu, Karathey Babu is shaping up as a gripping political thriller with a strong emotional core.
The film’s first single, “Raasaadhi Raasaa,” has now been released and is already drawing attention from audiences. Composed by Sam C.S., the song is written and sung by Meenakshi Ilayaraja. With its politically charged lyrics and impactful presentation, the track offers a glimpse into the film’s thematic depth and social relevance.
Karathey Babu marks the third collaboration between Screen Scene Media Entertainment and Ravi Mohan after Agilan and Brother. As Ravi Mohan’s 34th film, the project has generated considerable anticipation among fans and industry observers alike.
The film also introduces Daudee Jiwal, daughter of former Tamil Nadu Director General of Police Shankar Jiwal, as the female lead. Veteran filmmaker and actor K.S. Ravikumar, along with Nassar and Shakthi Vasu, play pivotal roles in the film.
Speaking about the project, director Ganesh K. Babu said, “Many films have portrayed politicians, but very few have explored their personal lives, family relationships, and emotional struggles. Karathey Babu focuses on the human side of a people’s representative and presents it through an emotional and realistic political thriller.”
With the release of its first single, the makers have begun the next phase of promotions. The film is expected to hit theatres soon.
