பல்வேறு வெற்றிப் படங்களின் திரைக்கதை மற்றும் வசன எழுத்தாளரும், நடிகருமான அஜயன் பாலா இயக்குநராக அறிமுகம் ஆகும் திரைப்படத்தை அஜய் அர்ஜுன் புரொடக்ஷன்ஸ் தயாரிக்க டாக்டர் அர்ஜுன் வழங்குகிறார்.
மலைப் பிரதேசத்தை பின்னணியாக கொண்ட அழகான காதல் கதையான இப்படத்தின் பூஜை இன்று நடைபெற்றது. செப்டம்பர் 1 அன்று படப்பிடிப்பு துவங்கி தொடர்ந்து நடைபெற உள்ளது.
திரைக்கதை எழுத்தாளர், வசனகர்த்தா மற்றும் நடிகர் என கடந்த 20 வருடங்களாக தமிழ் திரை உலகில் பல்வேறு பரிமாணங்களில் இயங்கி வரும் அஜயன் பாலா, ‘சித்திரம் பேசுதடி’, ‘பள்ளிக்கூடம்’, ‘மதராசபட்டினம்’, ‘தெய்வத்திருமகள்’, ‘மனிதன்’, ‘சென்னையில் ஒரு நாள்’, ‘லக்ஷ்மி’, ‘தலைவி’, உள்ளிட்ட திரைப்படங்களில் முக்கிய பங்காற்றி உள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
2017ம் ஆண்டு வெளிவந்த ‘ஆறு அத்தியாயம்’ திரைப்படத்தில் இடம்பெறும் ஆறு கதைகளில் ஒன்றை இயக்கி உள்ள அஜயன் பாலா, தற்போது இந்த புதிய திரைப்படத்தின் மூலம் முழு நீள திரைப்படம் ஒன்றை முதல் முறையாக எழுதி இயக்குகிறார்.
நல்ல கதையின் மீது பெரும் நம்பிக்கை வைத்து தமிழ் சினிமாவின் தரமான கலைஞர்களை கொண்ட கூட்டணி இப்படத்திற்காக கைகோர்த்துள்ளது. செழியன் ஒளிப்பதிவை கவனிக்க, ஸ்ரீகர் பிரசாத் படத்தொகுப்புக்கு பொறுப்பேற்க, லால்குடி இளையராஜா கலை இயக்கத்தை கையாள, சித்து குமார் இப்படத்திற்கு இசையமைக்கிறார்.
‘கன்னிமாடம்’ படத்தில் நடித்துள்ள ஸ்ரீராம் கார்த்திக் நாயகனாக நடிக்கும் இப்படத்தில், ‘கோலிசோடா 2’ புகழ் கிரிஷா குருப் நாயகியாக நடிக்கிறார். யோகி பாபு மற்றும் முனீஷ்காந்த் உள்ளிட்டோர் முக்கிய வேடங்களில் நடிக்கின்றனர்.
திரைப்படம் குறித்து பேசிய இயக்குநர் அஜயன் பாலா, “மனதைத் தொடும் காதல் கதை ஒன்றை மலைப்பகுதியின் பின்னணியில் மக்களுக்கு சொல்ல உள்ளோம். கதையை மட்டுமே நம்பி என்னுடன் இணைந்துள்ள தொழில்நுட்ப கலைஞர்கள் மற்றும் நடிகர்களுக்கும் இப்படத்தை தயாரிக்கும் மருத்துவர் அர்ஜுன் அவர்களுக்கும் நன்றி. திரைப்படத்தின் தலைப்பு மற்றும் இதர தகவல்கள் விரைவில் வெளியிடப்படும்,” என்றார்.

Shooting for the film, which is a beautiful love story set in hilly area, will begin on September 1 and will be completed in one go.
Ajayan Bala, who has been working in Tamil cinema in various capacities for the past two decades as screenplay writer, dialogue writer and actor, was an integral part of notable movies including ‘Chithiram Pesuthadi’, ‘Pallikoodam’, ‘Madarasapattinam’, ‘Deivathirumagal’, ‘Manithan’, ‘Chennaiyil Oru Naal’, ‘Lakshmi’, and Thalaivi’.
Ajayan Bala, who directed one of the six stories in the 2017 film ‘Aaru Athiyayam’, is now writing and directing a full-length film for the first time with this new project.
With complete confidence in a good story, leading technical experts of Tamil cinema have joined hands for the film. Chezhiyan will be the Director of Photography, Sreekar Prasad will be the Editor, Lalgudi Ilayaraja the Art Director and Siddhu Kumar the Music Composer.
Sriram Karthik, who starred in ‘Kannimadam’, is playing the lead role in the film, while Krisha Kurup of ‘Goli Soda 2’ fame is playing the female lead. The movie will have Yogi Babu and Munishkanth in pivotal roles.
Speaking about the film, director Ajayan Bala said, “We are going to narrate people a heart-touching love story against the backdrop of the hills. Thanks to the technicians and actors, and Producer Dr. Arjun who have joined forces with me for this film. The title and other details of the movie will be announced soon.”
