Raj Kundra Writes to the CBI Again Amid the Ongoing Pornography Case, States “To this day, neither the businessman nor the police officer in question has been investigated”
Raj Kundra continues to face unreasonable scrutiny amid the ongoing pornography case. It’s been five years that the actor-businessman has been awaiting justice related to the same. This time, Kundra took to his X handle to write a note to the CBI once again, talking about investigating the serious irregularities that led to his arrest.
“Dear CBI, @CBIHeadquarters, I have written to you multiple times, hoping you would investigate the serious irregularities that I believe led to my arrest. To this day, neither the businessman nor the police officer in question has been investigated. As a law-abiding citizen, it is deeply disheartening to continue facing online hate fueled by a false narrative that was seeded to the media, while those responsible have never been held accountable. Justice must not only be done it must also be seen to be done,” he wrote on X.
Despite the situation, Raj Kundra continues to have faith in the Indian judicial system. Having mentioned earlier that he still believes in the rule of law.
In 2021, Raj Kundra was accused by the authorities for distributing pornographic content through mobile applications and was illegally arrested and kept in the Arthur Road Jail for 63 days for a crime he didn’t commit and hasn’t been proven in the Court.
