தமிழ் சினிமாவின் மைல்கல்… ‘விசாரணை’க்கு 10 ஆண்டுகள்; ஒன்று கூடிய படக்குழு !!
தமிழ் சினிமாவின் மைல்கல்லான ‘விசாரணை’ திரைப்படம் வெளியாகி 10 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவு பெற்றுள்ளது. 2015ஆம் ஆண்டு வெளியான இப்படம், திரைப்படமாக மட்டுமல்லாமல் சமூகத்தின் உண்மை நிலையை பிரதிபலித்த படைப்பாகவும் பாராட்டப்பட்டது.
இந்த நினைவுநாளை முன்னிட்டு, ‘விசாரணை’ படக்குழு இயக்குநர் பாலுமகேந்திரா ஸ்டூடியோவில் ஒன்று கூடி கலந்துரையாடி தங்களது மகிழ்ச்சியை பகிர்ந்துகொண்டனர். இந்த நிகழ்வில் இயக்குநர் வெற்றிமாறன், எழுத்தாளர் சந்திரகுமார், நடிகர் வே.இர. தினேஷ், இயக்குநர் மற்றும் நடிகர் சமுத்திரக்கனி, கருணாஸ், இயக்குநர் சரவண சுப்பையா, மூணார் ரமேஷ், திலீப் சுப்பராயன், இயக்குநர் தமிழ், ஒளிப்பதிவாளர் ராமலிங்கம் உள்ளிட்ட பலர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
Wunderbar Films மற்றும் Grass Root Film Company நிறுவனங்களின் தயாரிப்பில், எழுத்தாளர் எம். சந்திரகுமார் எழுதிய “லாக்கப்” (Lock Up) நூலை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு ‘விசாரணை’ திரைப்படம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. போலீஸ் விசாரணை என்ற பெயரில் நடைபெறும் மனித உரிமை மீறல்கள், அதிகாரத்தின் கொடூரம் மற்றும் அடித்தட்டு மக்களின் வாழ்வியல் வேதனைகள் ஆகியவற்றை இப்படம் நேர்மையாகவும் துணிச்சலாகவும் பதிவு செய்தது.
இயக்குநர் வெற்றிமாறனின் வலுவான இயக்கம், இயல்பான நடிப்பு, ஆவணப்படத் தன்மை கொண்ட காட்சியமைப்பு மற்றும் உணர்ச்சி மிகுந்த கதை சொல்லல் ஆகியவை ‘விசாரணை’ திரைப்படத்தை ஒரு சமூக ஆவணமாக உயர்த்தின. தேசிய மற்றும் சர்வதேச திரைப்பட விழாக்களில் இப்படம் பெற்ற அங்கீகாரம், தமிழ் சினிமாவை உலக அரங்கில் உயர்த்திய முக்கிய தருணமாக அமைந்தது.
சமூக பொறுப்புணர்வுடன் கூடிய ‘விசாரணை’ போன்ற படைப்புகள் தொடர்ந்து உருவாக வேண்டும் என்பதே ரசிகர்கள் மற்றும் திரைப்பட ஆர்வலர்களின் எதிர்பார்ப்பாக உள்ளது. வெளியாகி 10 ஆண்டுகள் கடந்தும் ‘விசாரணை’ திரைப்படம் சமூகத்தின் உண்மைகளை பேசும் முக்கிய படைப்பாக தொடர்ந்து நினைவில் நிலைத்து வருகிறது.

To commemorate this milestone, the Visaranai film team gathered at Director Balu Mahendra Studio and shared their memories and happiness. The event was attended by Director Vetrimaaran, Writer Chandrakumar, Actor Dinesh, Director and Actor Samuthirakani, Karunas, Director Saravana Subbiah, Munnar Ramesh, Dileep Subbarayan, Director Tamizh, Cinematographer Ramalingam, and several other prominent personalities.
Produced by Wunderbar Films and Grass Root Film Company, Visaranai was based on the book “Lock Up” written by M. Chandrakumar. The film boldly and honestly portrayed human rights violations carried out in the name of police interrogation, the brutal face of authority, and the suffering of marginalized communities.
Director Vetrimaaran’s strong filmmaking, natural performances, documentary-style visuals, and emotionally intense storytelling elevated Visaranai beyond a conventional film, transforming it into a significant social document. The recognition the film received at national and international film festivals marked a major moment in elevating Tamil cinema on the global stage.
