ZEE5 தமிழ், 2026-ஆம் ஆண்டை திகில் மற்றும் திரில்லர் மையமான பொழுதுபோக்கு வரிசையுடன் தொடங்கியுள்ளது.
வித்தியாசமான கதைக்களம், வலுவான நடிப்பு மற்றும் பரபரப்பான திரைக்கதை ஆகியவற்றை மையமாகக் கொண்டு, இந்த ஆண்டு முழுவதும் பார்வையாளர்களை இருக்கையின் நுனியில் அமர வைக்கும் படங்களையும் தொடர்களையும் வழங்கும் திட்டத்தை தளம் அறிவித்துள்ளது.
ஆண்டின் தொடக்கத்திலேயே ZEE5-க்கு பெரும் வரவேற்பு கிடைத்துள்ளது. நடிகர் விஜயின் ‘ஜனநாயகன்’ படத்தின் இசை வெளியீட்டு விழா, முதல் நாளிலேயே அதிகமான புதிய சந்தாதாரர்களை ஈர்த்ததாக தளம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து, கவின் நடித்த ‘மாஸ்க்’ திரைப்படமும் பார்வையாளர்களிடையே நல்ல வரவேற்பைப் பெற்றுள்ளது.
இந்த வெற்றியின் தொடர்ச்சியாக, ஜீவா மற்றும் ஆண்ட்ரியா ஜெரமையா இணைந்து நடித்துள்ள பொங்கல் சிறப்பு பிராண்ட் திரைப்படத்தை ZEE5 தமிழ் வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. “ZEE5-இல் இந்த பொங்கல் – திகில் பொங்கல்” என்ற கருப்பொருளில் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட இந்த வீடியோ, பாரம்பரிய பொங்கல் சூழலில் தொடங்கி, ஒரு மர்ம சம்பவத்தின் மூலம் திகில் திருப்பத்தை எடுக்கிறது. ஜீவா ஒரு விசாரணை அதிகாரி வேடத்தில் நடிக்க, அந்த மர்மத்தின் மையமாக ஆண்ட்ரியா தோன்றுகிறார்.
வரவிருக்கும் நாட்களில், ZEE5 தமிழ் தளத்தில் விக்ரம் பிரபு நடித்த ‘சிறை’, பிரபல திகில் திரைப்படமான ‘டிமாண்டி காலனி 2’, சமுத்திரக்கனி நடித்த ‘பார்த்த ஞாபகம் இல்லையோ’ போன்ற படங்களும், ‘ஒன்ஸ் அப்ஆன் எ டைம் இன் காயம்குளம்’ உள்ளிட்ட ஒரிஜினல் வெப் தொடர்களும் வெளியாக உள்ளன.
இதுகுறித்து ZEE5-ன் வணிகத் தலைவர் லாய்ட் C. சேவியர் கூறுகையில்,
“2026-ஆம் ஆண்டில் வலுவான, தாக்கம் கொண்ட உள்ளடக்கங்களை வழங்குவதே எங்கள் இலக்கு. சமீபத்திய நிகழ்ச்சிகள் மற்றும் படங்களுக்கு கிடைத்த வரவேற்பு, தரமான திரில்லர் மற்றும் திகில் கதைகளுக்கான பார்வையாளர்களின் ஆர்வத்தை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது,” என்றார்.
பிராண்ட் படத்தின் முகமாக நடித்துள்ள ஜீவா,
“ZEE5 தமிழ் குழுவுடன் பணியாற்றியது சிறந்த அனுபவம். இந்த பொங்கல் வீடியோ, பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு திரில்லும் விழாக்கால உற்சாகமும் ஒன்றாக கிடைக்கும் வகையில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது,” என தெரிவித்தார்.
ஆண்ட்ரியா ஜெரமையா கூறுகையில்,

ZEE5 Tamil has kick-started 2026 with a strong line-up of horror and thriller entertainment. With unique storylines, powerful performances and gripping screenplays, the platform has announced its plan to keep audiences on the edge of their seats throughout the year with exciting films and series.
The year has already begun on a successful note for ZEE5. The audio launch of actor Vijay’s Jananayagan registered a huge response and brought in a record number of new subscribers on day one. This was followed by the positive reception for Kavin’s film Mask.
Continuing this winning streak, ZEE5 Tamil has now released a special Pongal brand film starring Jiiva and Andrea Jeremiah. Created around the theme “This Pongal on ZEE5 – Thrill Pongal,” the video begins in a traditional festive setting and soon takes a mysterious and chilling turn. Jiiva appears as an investigating officer, while Andrea plays the central character connected to the mystery.
In the coming days, ZEE5 Tamil will also premiere a strong slate of content including Vikram Prabhu’s Sirai, the much-awaited horror sequel Demonte Colony 2, Samuthirakani’s Paartha Nyabagam Illaiyo, and original web series such as Once Upon a Time in Kayamkulam.
