இளைஞர்களை கவரும் இன்வெஸ்டிகேஷன் திரில்லர் “ரூம் பாய்” – ஏப்ரல் 17 வெளியீடு!
இன்வெஸ்டிகேஷன் மற்றும் சஸ்பென்ஸ் கலந்த புதிய தமிழ் திரைப்படமான “ரூம் பாய்” வருகிற ஏப்ரல் 17ஆம் தேதி திரையரங்குகளில் வெளியாகிறது. குடும்ப உணர்வுகளையும் திகில் நிறைந்த திருப்பங்களையும் இணைத்து உருவாக்கப்பட்ட இந்த படம், ரசிகர்களுக்கு வித்தியாசமான திரையரங்க அனுபவத்தை வழங்கும் என படக்குழு நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
ACM சினிமாஸ் தயாரிப்பில் சூரியகலா சந்திரமூர்த்தி தயாரித்துள்ள இந்த படத்தின் மூலம் C. நிகில் தமிழ் சினிமாவில் கதாநாயகனாக அறிமுகமாகிறார். இவருடன், “அரண்மனை 4” படத்தில் நடித்த ஹர்ஷா கதாநாயகியாக நடித்துள்ளார்.
மேலும், இமான் அண்ணாச்சி, பிர்லா போஸ், காத்து கருப்பு கலை, கற்பகம், கவிதா விஜயன், சமீர், சிட்டி ராஜா, அருண்ராஜா, பிரபாகர், கேரளா பெஹமின் உள்ளிட்ட பலர் நடித்துள்ளனர். மும்பையை சேர்ந்த மாடல் நிதி மரோலி ஒரு பாடல் காட்சியில் தோன்றி கவனம் ஈர்க்கிறார்.
படத்தின் ஒளிப்பதிவை சி. பாரதி ராஜன் மேற்கொண்டுள்ளார். பாடல்களுக்கு சூரியமூர்த்தி வரிகள் எழுதியுள்ள நிலையில், வேலன் சகாதேவன் இசையமைத்துள்ளார். தொகுப்பை D.V. மீனாட்சி சுந்தர் செய்துள்ளார்.
இந்த படத்தை கதை, திரைக்கதை, வசனம் எழுதி இயக்கியுள்ளார் ஜெகன் ராயன். தமிழ்நாடு அரசு திரைப்படக் கல்லூரியில் பயின்ற இவர், 2002ஆம் ஆண்டு “தாத்தா” குறும்படத்திற்காக மாநில விருது பெற்றவர். மேலும் பல ஆவணப்படங்கள் மற்றும் விளம்பர படங்களை இயக்கிய அனுபவமும் பெற்றுள்ளார்.
படம் குறித்து இயக்குனர் ஜெகன் ராயன் கூறுகையில்,
“இது குடும்ப உணர்வுகளுடன் கூடிய இன்வெஸ்டிகேஷன் சஸ்பென்ஸ் திரில்லர். திருப்பத்தூர், ஏலகிரி பகுதிகளில் இயற்கை சூழலில் படப்பிடிப்பு நடைபெற்றது. பாடல் காட்சிகள் சென்னை மற்றும் பாண்டிச்சேரியில் எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அனைத்து பணிகளும் நிறைவடைந்துள்ள நிலையில் ஏப்ரல் 17ஆம் தேதி படத்தை வெளியிடுகிறோம்,” என்றார்.
படம் வெளியீட்டை முன்னிட்டு, படக்குழுவினர் சென்னை அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் நடைபெற்ற கலாச்சார விழாவில் கலந்து கொண்டு மாணவர்களுடன் நேரடியாக கலந்துரையாடி, படத்தின் சுவாரஸ்ய அம்சங்களை பகிர்ந்தனர். இந்த நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு மாணவர்கள் உற்சாகமான வரவேற்பு அளித்தது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
“ரூம் பாய்” திரைப்படம், சஸ்பென்ஸ் திரில்லர் ரசிகர்களுக்கு புதிய அனுபவமாக அமையும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
Youthful Investigation Thriller “Room Boy” Set for April 17 Release!
The upcoming Tamil film “Room Boy,” an investigation-based suspense thriller, is all set to hit theatres on April 17. Blending family emotions with gripping twists, the film promises a refreshing cinematic experience for audiences.
Produced by Sooryakala Chandramoorthy under the banner of ACM Cinemas, the film marks the debut of C. Nikhil as the lead actor in Tamil cinema. He is paired opposite Harsha, who previously appeared in Aranmanai 4.
The film also features a strong supporting cast including Imman Annachi, Birla Bose, YouTube personality Kaathu Karuppu Kalai, Instagram fame Karpagam, Kavitha Vijayan, Sameer, City Raja, Arunraja, Prabhakar, and Kerala Behamin. Mumbai-based model Nidhi Maroli appears in a special dance number.
Cinematography is handled by C. Bharathi Rajan, while lyrics are penned by Sooriyamoorthy with music composed by Velan Sagadevan. Editing is done by D.V. Meenatchi Sundar.
The film is written and directed by Jagan Rayan, an alumnus of the Tamil Nadu Government Film and Television Institute. Notably, he won the Tamil Nadu State Award for Best Audiography in 2002 for his short film “Thatha.” He has also directed over 50 documentaries, corporate films, and advertisements.
Speaking about the film, director Jagan Rayan said,
“This is a family-oriented investigation suspense thriller. The film was shot in the scenic locations of Tirupattur and Yelagiri, while the song sequences were filmed in Chennai and Puducherry. With all post-production work completed, we are releasing the film on April 17.”
Ahead of its release, the film’s team participated in a cultural festival at Anna University, Chennai, where they interacted with students and shared interesting insights about the movie. The event received an enthusiastic response from the students.
“Room Boy” is expected to offer a fresh and engaging experience for fans of suspense thrillers.
