25 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு பிறகு மீண்டும் இணைந்த பிரபுதேவா – வடிவேலு கூட்டணி… “பேங் பேங்” படப்பிடிப்பு நிறைவு!
KRG கண்ணன் ரவி தயாரிப்பில் உருவாகி வரும் “பேங் பேங்” திரைப்படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு முழுமையாக நிறைவடைந்துள்ளது. நடனப்புயல் பிரபுதேவாவும், வைகைப் புயல் வடிவேலுவும் நீண்ட இடைவெளிக்குப் பிறகு மீண்டும் இணைந்துள்ளதால், இந்த திரைப்படம் ரசிகர்களிடையே ஆரம்பத்திலிருந்தே பெரும் எதிர்பார்ப்பை ஏற்படுத்தி வருகிறது.
ஜோம்பி பின்னணியுடன் உருவாகும் இந்த திரைப்படம், காமெடி, ஆக்ஷன், ஹாரர் ஆகிய அம்சங்களை இணைத்த முழுமையான கமர்ஷியல் என்டர்டெய்னராக தயாராகி வருகிறது. குறிப்பாக பிரபுதேவாவின் திரைநடையும், வடிவேலுவின் நகைச்சுவை டைமிங்கும் படத்தின் முக்கிய பலமாக இருக்கும் என கூறப்படுகிறது.
படத்தின் முக்கிய கட்டப்படப்பிடிப்புகள் இந்தியாவைத் தாண்டி மலேசியாவிலும் நடைபெற்றுள்ளன. அங்கு சுமார் 10 நாட்கள் நடைபெற்ற படப்பிடிப்பில் பிரமாண்டமான ஆக்ஷன் மற்றும் விசுவல் காட்சிகள் படமாக்கப்பட்டதாக தகவல் வெளியாகியுள்ளது.
முன்னதாக வெளியான டைட்டில் டீஸர் ரசிகர்களிடையே வைரலாகி இருந்தது. ஜோம்பிகளால் சூழப்பட்ட நிலையில் துப்பாக்கியுடன் மாஸ் லுக்கில் தோன்றிய பிரபுதேவா – வடிவேலு கூட்டணி சமூக வலைதளங்களில் பெரிய வரவேற்பைப் பெற்றது. அதோடு “பிரபு வேலு”, “வடி தேவா” போன்ற ரசிகர்களின் நகைச்சுவை ரியாக்ஷன்களும் இணையத்தில் கவனம் பெற்றன.
இப்படத்தை இயக்குநர் சாம் ரோட்ரிக்ஸ் எழுதி இயக்கியுள்ளார். இசையமைப்பாளர் யுவன் சங்கர் ராஜா இசையமைக்கும் இப்படத்திற்கு H.C. வேணு ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்கிறார். சண்டைக் காட்சிகளை சுரேஷ் வடிவமைக்க, ஆண்டனி படத்தொகுப்பை கவனித்துள்ளார். கலை இயக்கத்தை டான் பாலா மேற்கொண்டுள்ளார்.
மேலும், ‘அனிமல்’ திரைப்படத்திற்காக தேசிய விருது பெற்ற Sync Cinema நிறுவனம் சவுண்ட் டிசைன் பணிகளை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளது. அரவிந்த் மேனன் சவுண்ட் மிக்சிங் பணிகளை செய்துள்ளார்.
நடிகர் பப்லு பிரித்திவிராஜ் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடித்துள்ள “பேங் பேங்”, KRG நிறுவனத்தின் நான்காவது பிரமாண்ட தயாரிப்பாக உருவாகியுள்ளது. இந்தோனேசியாவின் Mount Bromo எரிமலைப் பகுதியில் தொடங்கிய இப்படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு தற்போது நிறைவடைந்துள்ள நிலையில், விரைவில் போஸ்ட் புரொடக்ஷன் பணிகள் தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளதாக படக்குழு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
படத்தின் அடுத்தடுத்த அப்டேட்களை எதிர்நோக்கி ரசிகர்கள் ஆவலுடன் காத்திருக்கின்றனர்.
Prabhu Deva–Vadivelu Reunion After 25 Years: Shooting of “Bang Bang” Wrapped Up Successfully!
The shooting of “Bang Bang”, produced by KRG Kannan Ravi, has been successfully completed. The film has already created huge excitement among fans as dance icon Prabhu Deva and comedy legend Vadivelu reunite on screen after a long gap of 25 years.
Set against a zombie backdrop, the film is said to be a complete commercial entertainer blending comedy, action, and horror elements. Prabhu Deva’s stylish screen presence and Vadivelu’s trademark comic timing are expected to be among the film’s major highlights.
A significant portion of the film was also shot in Malaysia, where the team reportedly filmed several grand action and visual sequences during a 10-day schedule.
Earlier, the title teaser of the film grabbed massive attention online. The visuals featuring Prabhu Deva and Vadivelu in a mass avatar, surrounded by zombies and holding guns, went viral across social media platforms. Fans also flooded the internet with humorous reactions and nicknames like “Prabhu Velu” and “Vadi Deva,” adding to the buzz surrounding the film.
The film is written and directed by Sam Rodrigues. Music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, while H.C. Venu handles cinematography. Action choreography is done by Suresh, editing by Antony, and art direction by Don Bala.
National Award-winning Sync Cinema, known for its work in Animal, is handling the sound design, while Telangana State Award winner Aravind Menon is taking care of the sound mixing.
Actor Babloo Prithiveeraj plays an important role in the film. “Bang Bang” marks the fourth prestigious production venture of KRG. The film’s shooting, which began near Indonesia’s Mount Bromo volcano region, has now been completed, and the team is expected to begin post-production work soon.
