Mujhe hurt Ho Raha Hai Rise and Fall”: Priyanka Chahar Choudhary Turns on Old Friend Gautam Gulati as the Ultimate Ruler Race Gets Personal
Mumbai, India, 7th October 2026: The Ultimate Ruler race has officially entered full masala mode! With Tej Pratap Yadav’s reign coming to an end, Shehzad Poonawalla and Gautam Gulati found themselves fighting for the throne but while the two battled for power, the Tower was busy tearing apart friendships, picking sides and creating fresh rivalries. And by the time the final challenge arrived, the race for the crown had become far more personal than anyone expected.
Gautam was already collecting his share of opposition, with Niharika Tiwari making it clear she was ready to take him on upfront. Sara Gurpal was even less forgiving, delivering a no-filter verdict: “No he is not..he is a manipulator and a fake actor, ajeeb sa, irritating banda hai”. With Sara also blaming Gautam for messing up the task and costing them the win, Gautam had his own grand plan, turning the Tower into “Gautam City.” But before he could build his kingdom, the Workers were busy deciding who they actually wanted ruling it.
Then came the Yaari Zone, where Tej, Shehzad and Gautam were forced to put their friendships under the microscope. Asked about the most unexpected relationship, Tej and Shehzad both chose Swara Bhasker, after all the fallouts outside the Tower, have Swara and Shehzad finally gone from rivals to friends? Both picked Irina Rudakova for a date, while Gautam chose Sara for a pinch-and-hug, calling her his friend. Sara, however, didn’t exactly seem to be on the same page.
And while the Rulers were busy exposing their equations, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary was having her own breaking point. Feeling targeted by Gautam, Shehzad and Tej for building a narrative against her, Priyanka broke down and the more she felt cornered, the angrier she became. While the Workers openly began rooting for Shehzad to become the next Ultimate Ruler. Suddenly, this wasn’t just a race for the crown. It was a battle over who had enough people on their side to claim it.
The Workers were then handed their biggest shot at a takhta palat. With ₹3.25 lakh sitting in the Basement against ₹6 lakh in the Penthouse, three pairs — Manish-Kajal, Priyanka-Sara and Kaira-Niharika had to perform for the Rulers to decide how much could be added to the Prize Pot. But before anyone could earn a single rupee, the Basement erupted. Kaira and Niharika locked horns, with Niharika firing, “You are the fakest person i have ever met”. Sara and Priyanka were pulled into the chaos, tempers shot up and the Workers nearly came to blows. Eventually, the final amounts stood at ₹90,000 for Priyanka-Sara, ₹1 lakh for Manish-Kajal and ₹1.10 lakh for Niharika-Kaira.
Upstairs, the Rulers had their own game to play. Shehzad wanted Manish-Kajal, Gautam pushed for Niharika-Kaira and the bigger payout, but the Penthouse had one priority – protect the money. Priyanka and Sara were picked for ₹90,000. And with one Ruler having to descend to the workshop as an important person, Swara was sent downstairs. Little did the Tower know, she was about to become the most important player in the entire showdown.
Enter the Rise and Fall Junction and suddenly, the Ultimate Ruler race had sabotage written all over it. A giant wheel, four colour-coded stations and mixed sacks put the Rulers to the test, while the Workers controlled the wheel. The first Ruler to finish would claim the crown, but Swara, as Station Master, had the power to flip the signal from green to red. And considering her growing frustration with Priyanka over the Prize Pot decision, that power could not have landed in more loaded hands.
For Shehzad, the stars seemed to be aligning, with Manish and Kajal putting up a seamless performance in his favour, while Gautam’s game began unravelling from every corner. His old friend-turned-rival Priyanka refused to perform, citing her cervical issue, saying, “Mujhe hurt ho raha hai rise and fall”. Kaira and Niharika too turned against him, choosing sabotage over support. With the Workers seemingly united in keeping Gautam away from the throne, was Gautam City already crumbling before Gautam could claim the crown?
When Karan asked Priyanka to switch, she refused, hitting back, “Kyu mere pe ilzaam lagaya jhoot hai, mein jhoot nahi bolti aur ilzaam lage toh nahi milega support”. But that was only the beginning. With Swara already carrying her own frustration, the tension between the two women finally erupted into a full-blown showdown. What started as a disagreement over the game quickly turned into a fiery face-off, with Swara and Priyanka going head-to-head as their once-familiar equation came crashing down in front of the entire Tower. Had the Ultimate Ruler task just exposed a rivalry that had been brewing all along?
And then, as if the Tower hadn’t seen enough drama, the timer ran out. Gautam was out of the race, while Shehzad, once one of the most targeted and disliked Rulers in the Tower, found himself on the brink of becoming the Ultimate Ruler. From being at the centre of constant rivalries and kalesh to winning the very support that could take him to the top, Shehzad’s journey had come full circle from the Tower’s most unlikely contender to its Ultimate Ruler. But the bigger twist is still waiting downstairs — the Penthouse is now just ₹75,000 ahead of the Basement. With a takhta palat this close, could Rise and Fall be heading towards the biggest power reversal in its history?
