At a time when strong women-centric stories are making a powerful comeback in Tamil cinema, the first look of “Sathiyavaan Savithri”, starring in the lead, has created significant buzz among fans and film enthusiasts.
Produced by in association with Drumsticks Productions, the film also features filmmaker-actor in a pivotal role, adding further intrigue to the project.
The first look poster showcases Keerthy Suresh in a striking red outfit, turning back with an intense gaze amidst a crowd of lawyers. The visual strongly hints at an emotionally charged narrative and a character driven by conviction and inner conflict. This is not just another courtroom drama—it promises a gripping psychological thriller centered on truth, justice, and morality.
The story revolves around an ordinary woman whose life takes a dramatic turn due to a legal case. When she attempts to correct her senior lawyer, who is arguing on the wrong side of a case, she uncovers his true nature. The case then spirals into something that upends her entire life. Whether she overcomes these challenges forms the crux of the film.
Directed by debutant Praveen S. Vijay, the film is being crafted as a compelling commercial thriller built around a central legal conflict, blending suspense with engaging storytelling.
