விளையாட்டு வீரர்களின் வாழ்க்கையில் பதக்கங்கள் மட்டும் இல்லை… அவமானங்கள், நிராகரிப்புகள், அங்கீகாரம் கிடைக்காத வேதனைகளும் உள்ளன என்பதை உணர்ச்சிப்பூர்வமாக பதிவு செய்ய வருகிறது ‘அங்கீகாரம்’ திரைப்படம். தற்போது வெளியாகியுள்ள இப்படத்தின் டிரெய்லர், சமூக வலைதளங்களில் ரசிகர்களின் கவனத்தை பெரிதும் ஈர்த்து பாராட்டுகளை குவித்து வருகிறது.
ஸ்வஸ்திக் விஷன்ஸ் தயாரிப்பில் உருவாகியுள்ள இந்த திரைப்படத்தை, இயக்குனர் அவர்களிடம் துணை இயக்குனராக பணியாற்றிய தென்பாதியான் இயக்கியுள்ளார். கதையின் நாயகனாக புதிய முகமான K.J.R அறிமுகமாகிறார்.
தடகள விளையாட்டை மையமாக கொண்டு பல உண்மை சம்பவங்களின் பின்னணியில் உருவாகியுள்ள இப்படம், விளையாட்டு வீரர்கள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் அநீதிகள் மற்றும் அதிகார அமைப்புகளின் அலட்சியத்தை தைரியமாக பேசுகிறது. குறிப்பாக “தனக்கான அங்கீகாரத்தை பெற ஒரு வீரன் நீதிமன்றம் வரை போராட வேண்டிய நிலை” என்ற மையக்கரு, டிரெய்லரின் ஒவ்வொரு காட்சியிலும் வலிமையாக வெளிப்படுகிறது.

Bringing this emotional reality to the screen is Angikaram, whose newly released trailer has now started receiving strong appreciation from both audiences and film circles across social media.
Produced by Swasthik Visions, the film is directed by Thenpathiyan, a former associate director of acclaimed filmmaker . The movie marks the acting debut of K.J.R as the lead protagonist.
Based on several real-life incidents and set against the backdrop of athletics, Angikaram highlights the struggles faced by sports personalities and boldly addresses the negligence and injustice within the sports system. The core idea of “an athlete being forced to fight in court for the recognition he deserves” stands out powerfully throughout the trailer.
The emotionally charged courtroom sequences, impactful dialogues, and intense visuals showcased in the trailer have significantly raised expectations for the film. Adding to the scale, the makers reportedly constructed a massive courtroom set worth ₹75 lakhs exclusively for the film’s shoot, reflecting the team’s commitment to authenticity.
Alongside K.J.R, the film features performances by Viji Venkatesh, Ajith Goshi, Sindhoori Viswanath, Antony, , , Mohanram, and several others in pivotal roles.
The music composed by adds emotional intensity to the trailer, while cinematography is handled by A. Viswanath. Renowned stunt choreographer has designed the action sequences. Editing by Dineshkumar, art direction by Ramu Thangaraj, sound design by Sampath Azhwar, and choreography by Sheriff further strengthen the film technically.
Produced jointly by Prashanth, Ajith Bhaskar, and Arun Murugan under the Swasthik Visions banner, Angikaram is expected to announce its official release date soon.
