கர்ணா மற்றும் டாக்டர் தினேஷ் முருகேசன் இணைத் தயாரிப்பில், லீஹரி பிக்சர்ஸ் சார்பில் B. சின்னத்தம்பி மற்றும் ஹரி சங்கர் இப்படத்தைத் தயாரித்துள்ளனர்.

‘Red Star’ Takes on the Hidden Realities of International Politics with a Bold and Uncompromising Narrative!

From the hoarding of wealth and food grains to the creation of artificial famines, ‘Red Star’ explores the disturbing realities of global politics and economic dominance without making any compromises.

Moving beyond conventional cinematic themes, ‘Red Star’ is an ambitious film that attempts to expose the power struggles, economic control and exploitation of natural resources operating behind the political decisions of nations.

The film explores how the hoarding of wealth leads to the destruction of natural resources and how the stockpiling of food grains can create artificial shortages and famines. It also examines the international political strategies allegedly formulated behind closed doors, including decisions concerning laws and policies that influence nations, reportedly shaped on islands in foreign countries.

With a bold and uncompromising approach, the film brings these politically significant issues to the forefront. Featuring a predominantly fresh cast, ‘Red Star’ aims to spark conversations about global power structures, economic inequality and the politics of resource control.

Veteran actor Ponvannan plays a significant role as a Communist political leader and mentor. Dalhousie Prabhu plays the male lead, while Varsha stars as the female lead. The film also features OAK Sundar, Pazha Karuppaiah, Siddharth, Theeran, Balamurugan and Delta Veera in important roles.

Dalhousie Prabhu has written the story, screenplay and dialogues, apart from directing the film. Cinematography is handled by P.K., while T.C. has composed the music. Action sequences are choreographed by Kanal Kannan, editing is by Senthil Veera, and Dinesh Master has choreographed the dance sequences. Gnanakaravel has penned the lyrics, while Govindaraj is handling the film’s public relations.

Karna and Dr. Dinesh Murugesan serve as co-producers. The film is produced by B. Chinnathambi and Hari Shankar under the banner of Leehari Pictures.

With its focus on international politics, economic dominance and communist ideology, ‘Red Star’ seeks to offer a different cinematic experience by bringing politically charged subjects and thought-provoking issues to the screen.
