நீண்டநாள் எதிர்பார்ப்பில் இருந்த “துருவ நட்சத்திரம்” திரைப்படம், வெளியீட்டிற்கான சட்டத் தடைகளை தாண்டி, தற்போது திரைக்கு வருவதற்கான வழி அமைந்துள்ளது. சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி திரு. செந்தில்குமார் ராமமூர்த்தி வழங்கிய உத்தரவு இந்த முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு முக்கிய காரணமாக அமைந்துள்ளது.

படத் தயாரிப்பில் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள பெரும் முதலீடு மட்டுமல்லாமல், இதில் இணைந்துள்ள நடிகர், நடிகைகள், தொழில்நுட்பக் கலைஞர்கள் மற்றும் படக்குழுவினரின் வாழ்வாதாரத்தையும் கருத்தில் கொண்டு நீதிமன்றம் இந்த முடிவை எடுத்துள்ளது. தொடர்புடைய அனைத்து தரப்பினரின் நலன்களும் பாதிக்கப்படாத வகையில், சில குறிப்பிட்ட நிபந்தனைகளுடன் திரைப்படத்தை வெளியிட அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

ஒரு வாரத்திற்கும் மேலாக சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அனைவருடனும் நேரடியாக கலந்துரையாடி, ஒருமித்த முடிவை உருவாக்கிய பிறகே இந்த உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. இதற்காக படக்குழு சார்பில் நீதிபதிக்கு மனமார்ந்த நன்றி தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இசையமைப்பாளர் ஹாரிஸ் ஜெயராஜ் இசையில், நடிகர் சீயான் விக்ரம் முன்னணி கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடித்துள்ள இந்த படத்தை இயக்குனர் கௌதம் வாசுதேவ் மேனன் இயக்கியுள்ளார். சுமார் ரூ.80 கோடி செலவில் உருவாகியுள்ள “துருவ நட்சத்திரம்”, விரைவில் ரசிகர்களை திரையரங்குகளில் சந்திக்க உள்ளது.

Dhruva Natchathiram Clears Legal Hurdles: Court Order Paves Way for Release

The much-awaited film “Dhruva Natchathiram” has finally overcome its legal obstacles and is now set for release, following a crucial order issued by Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy of the Madras High Court.

Taking into account not only the substantial investment made in the film but also the livelihoods of the actors, technicians, and the entire crew involved, the court delivered this decision. Permission has been granted to release the film with certain conditions and safeguards in place to ensure that the interests of all parties connected to the production are adequately protected.

It is noteworthy that the judge dedicated over a week to hearing all concerned parties, facilitating discussions, and arriving at a consensus before passing the order. The film’s team has expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the judge for his efforts and consideration.

Featuring music by Harris Jayaraj, the film stars Chiyaan Vikram in the lead role and is directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. Made on an estimated budget of ₹80 crore, “Dhruva Natchathiram” is now gearing up to hit theatres soon.
