தமிழ் திரைப்படத் துறையில் அதிர்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தும் வகையில், நடிகர் நடித்த “ஜனா நாயகன்” திரைப்படம் இணையத்தில் சட்டவிரோதமாக கசிந்துள்ளது. ரூ.500 கோடிக்கும் மேல் செலவில் M/s KVN Productions தயாரித்த இந்தப் படத்தின் சில காட்சிகள் முதலில் வெளியாகியதாக தகவல்கள் வந்த நிலையில், பின்னர் முழு திரைப்படமே ஆன்லைனில் வெளியானது பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

இந்த சம்பவம் குறித்து தமிழ் திரைப்பட செயலில் உள்ள தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் சங்கம் (TFAPA) கடும் கண்டனம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இந்த கசிவு, படத்தின் திரையரங்கு வசூல் மட்டுமின்றி, ஓடிடி மற்றும் பிற வெளியீட்டு வாய்ப்புகளையும் கடுமையாக பாதிக்கும் என சங்கம் கவலை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

“மிகுந்த உழைப்பும் முதலீட்டும் கொண்டு உருவாக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு திரைப்படம் இவ்வாறு கசிவது, தயாரிப்பாளர்களுக்கு மிகப்பெரிய பின்னடைவு. இதற்கு பின்னால் செயல்படும் சமூக விரோதிகளை கண்டறிந்து கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்,” என்று சங்கம் தனது அறிக்கையில் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

மேலும், இந்திய அரசின் தகவல் மற்றும் ஒளிபரப்பு அமைச்சகம் மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு சைபர் குற்றப்பிரிவு தன்னிச்சையாக (Suo Moto) தலையிட்டு, கசிந்துள்ள அனைத்து உள்ளடக்கங்களையும் உடனடியாக அகற்ற நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதுகுறித்து (CBI) விசாரணை மேற்கொண்டு, குற்றவாளிகளை சட்டத்தின் முன் நிறுத்த வேண்டும் என்றும் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளது.

2023ஆம் ஆண்டு சினிமாடோகிராப் (திருத்தம்) சட்டத்தின் கீழ் கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து, இத்தகைய பைரசி செயல்களை முற்றிலுமாக கட்டுப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்றும் சங்கம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

இதேவேளை, “ஜனா நாயகன்” திரைப்படத்தில் பணியாற்றிய இயக்குனர் , நடிகர் உள்ளிட்ட முழுக் குழுவினருக்கும் தயாரிப்பாளர்கள் சங்கம் தனது ஒற்றுமை ஆதரவை தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

சமூக வலைத்தளங்களில் பரவும் பைரசி லிங்குகள் மற்றும் காட்சிகளை பகிராமல் இருக்க பொதுமக்கள் ஒத்துழைக்க வேண்டும் என்றும், ஏற்கனவே பகிரப்பட்டிருந்தால் அவற்றை நீக்குவது திரைப்படத் துறைக்கு வழங்கும் மரியாதையாக இருக்கும் என்றும் சங்கம் வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளது.

இந்த சம்பவம், தமிழ் திரைப்படத் துறையில் உள்ளடக்க பாதுகாப்பு குறித்த அவசர தேவையை மீண்டும் நினைவூட்டுகிறது. வருங்காலங்களில் இத்தகைய சம்பவங்கள் நடைபெறாத வகையில் கடுமையான பாதுகாப்பு நடைமுறைகள் அவசியம் எனவும் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

“Jana Nayagan” Movie Leaked Active – Producers Association Strongly Condemns

 

In a shocking development for the Tamil film industry, actor Vijay’s film “Jana Nayagan” has been illegally leaked online. The film, produced by KVN Productions with a budget exceeding ₹500 crore, initially had a few scenes leaked, followed by the entire movie surfacing online—creating widespread concern.

The Tamil Film Active Producers Association (TFAPA) has strongly condemned this incident. The association expressed concern that such piracy not only affects theatrical revenue but also severely impacts OTT and other distribution opportunities.

“A film made with immense effort and investment being leaked in this manner is a huge setback for producers. Strict action must be taken against the anti-social elements behind this,” the association stated.

Furthermore, TFAPA has urged the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, and the Tamil Nadu Cyber Crime Wing to take suo moto action and immediately remove all leaked content. It has also requested an investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to identify and bring the culprits to justice.

The association emphasized that stringent measures must be enforced under the Cinematograph (Amendment) Act, 2023 to curb such piracy activities effectively.

Meanwhile, TFAPA extended its solidarity and support to the entire team of “Jana Nayagan”, including director H. Vinoth and actor Vijay.
The public has also been urged not to share piracy links or leaked visuals on social media. If already shared, people are requested to delete such content as a mark of respect to the film industry.

This incident once again highlights the urgent need for stronger content protection measures in the Tamil film industry. Strict security protocols must be implemented to prevent such occurrences in the future.
