“தாயின் மகிழ்ச்சிக்காக மகன் போராடும் கதை!” – விஜய் ஆண்டனியின் ‘நூறு சாமி’ ஆகஸ்ட் 7 முதல் ZEE5-ல்

குடும்ப உறவுகளையும், சமூகத்தின் பழைய மனநிலைகளையும் கேள்விக்குள்ளாக்கும் உணர்வுபூர்வமான திரைப்படமாக கவனம் பெற்ற ‘நூறு சாமி’, வரும் ஆகஸ்ட் 7 முதல் ZEE5 OTT தளத்தில் வெளியாகிறது.

இயக்குநர் சசி இயக்கத்தில் உருவான இந்தப் படத்தில் விஜய் ஆண்டனி கதாநாயகனாக நடித்துள்ளார். ‘பிச்சைக்காரன்’ படத்திற்கு பிறகு சசி – விஜய் ஆண்டனி கூட்டணி மீண்டும் இணைந்திருப்பதும் இந்தப் படத்தின் முக்கிய சிறப்பாகும்.

திரையரங்குகளில் நல்ல வரவேற்பைப் பெற்ற ‘நூறு சாமி’, ஒரு விதவைத் தாய் தனது வாழ்க்கையில் மீண்டும் மகிழ்ச்சியைத் தேடும் முடிவை மையமாகக் கொண்ட கதை. அந்த முடிவை சமூகம் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள மறுக்கும் சூழலில், தனது தாயின் விருப்பத்திற்காக உறுதுணையாக நிற்கும் மகனின் பார்வையில் கதை நகர்கிறது.

பொதுவாக தாயின் தியாகங்களை மட்டுமே பேசும் பல படங்களிலிருந்து மாறுபட்டு, “தாய்க்கும் தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கை வாழும் உரிமை இருக்கிறது” என்ற கருத்தை மிகவும் இயல்பாகவும் உணர்வுபூர்வமாகவும் இந்த திரைப்படம் பதிவு செய்கிறது. அதுவே ‘நூறு சாமி’ படத்தின் மிகப்பெரிய பலமாக அமைந்துள்ளது.

படத்தில் ஸ்வாசிகா, லிஜோமோல் ஜோஸ், கருணாஸ், அஜய் திஷன், காவ்யா அனில், பாலாஜி சக்திவேல், அருள்தாஸ் உள்ளிட்ட பலர் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடித்துள்ளனர். குடும்ப உறவுகள், இரண்டாவது வாய்ப்பு, அன்பு, மரியாதை மற்றும் சமூக பார்வை போன்ற பல முக்கிய அம்சங்களை படம் அழுத்தமாக எடுத்துரைக்கிறது.

இப்படம் குறித்து இயக்குநர் சசி, “இந்தக் கதை உண்மை சம்பவங்களில் இருந்து உருவானது. அன்பு, ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளுதல், மகிழ்ச்சியைத் தேர்வு செய்யும் உரிமை ஆகியவற்றைப் பற்றி பேச வேண்டும் என்பதற்காகவே இந்தப் படத்தை உருவாக்கினேன். திரையரங்குகளில் கிடைத்த வரவேற்பைப் போலவே OTT-யிலும் மக்கள் இதை ரசிப்பார்கள் என்று நம்புகிறேன்,” என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

விஜய் ஆண்டனியும், “இந்தப் படத்தின் உணர்வுகள் ஒவ்வொரு குடும்பத்தையும் தொடும். குறிப்பாக தாய்-மகன் உறவை புதிய கோணத்தில் பார்க்க வைக்கும். பல மொழிகளில் இருக்கும் குடும்பங்கள் இந்தப் படத்தை ஒன்றாகப் பார்க்கும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைப்பது மகிழ்ச்சி,” என்று கூறியுள்ளார்.

‘நூறு சாமி’ திரைப்படம் ஆகஸ்ட் 7 முதல் தமிழ், தெலுங்கு, கன்னடம் மற்றும் மலையாள மொழிகளில் ZEE5 OTT தளத்தில் ஸ்ட்ரீமிங் ஆகிறது. குடும்பத்துடன் சேர்ந்து பார்க்க ஏற்ற உணர்வுபூர்வமான படங்களில் இதுவும் ஒன்றாக இருக்கும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

Directed by Sasi, Nooru Saami marks the filmmaker’s reunion with Vijay Antony nearly a decade after their successful collaboration in Pichaikkaran. Produced by Vijay Antony and Fatima Vijay Antony under the Vijay Antony Film Corporation banner, the film earned appreciation during its theatrical run for its heartfelt storytelling and socially relevant themes.
