‘தி பிரைடு ஆஃப் பாரத்: சத்ரபதி சிவாஜி மகாராஜ்’ படத்தில் வீர ராணி பெலவாடி மல்லம்மாவாக பூமி பெட்னேக்கர்! – நட்சத்திர அணி மேலும் வலுவடைகிறது

புகழ்பெற்ற மராத்தா பேரரசர் சத்ரபதி சிவாஜி மகாராஜ் கதாபாத்திரத்தில் ரிஷப் ஷெட்டி நடித்துள்ள நிலையில், அவருடன் அர்ஜுன் ராம்பால், விவேக் ஓபராய் உள்ளிட்ட பல முன்னணி நடிகர்களும் முக்கிய வேடங்களில் தோன்றுகின்றனர். ஒவ்வொரு புதிய அறிவிப்பும் படத்தின் மீதான எதிர்பார்ப்பை மேலும் அதிகரித்து வருகிறது.

இரண்டு பாகங்களாக உருவாகவுள்ள இந்தப் படத்திற்கு ரிஷி விர்மானி திரைக்கதை எழுதியுள்ளார். இசையை அமித் திரிவேதி அமைத்துள்ள நிலையில், தேசிய விருது பெற்ற பாடலாசிரியர் பிரசூன் ஜோஷி பாடல்களை எழுதியுள்ளார். உலகளவில் புகழ்பெற்ற தொழில்நுட்பக் கலைஞர்கள் இணைந்துள்ள இந்தப் படத்தின் முன்தயாரிப்பு பணிகள் தற்போது முழு வீச்சில் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன.

The star-studded cast of The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, one of the most ambitious historical epics in Indian cinema, continues to expand with the addition of acclaimed actress Bhumi Pednekar. Bringing together celebrated actors and globally renowned technicians, the film is shaping up to be a landmark cinematic spectacle.

Bhumi Pednekar has officially joined the cast to portray Belawadi Mallamma, the legendary warrior queen of Karnataka, remembered for her unmatched courage, resilience, and indomitable spirit. Her inclusion adds further strength to the ensemble led by Rishab Shetty, who headlines the film as the iconic Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The cast also features Arjun Rampal, Vivek Oberoi, and several other prominent actors in pivotal roles.

Directed and produced by Sandeep Singh, The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is being mounted on a grand scale and is poised to become one of the biggest historical films ever made in India. The film aims to bring the extraordinary life, leadership, and legacy of the legendary Maratha ruler to audiences through a visually spectacular cinematic experience.

Planned as a two-part epic, the screenplay has been written by Rishi Virmani, with music composed by Amit Trivedi. National Award-winning lyricist Prasoon Joshi has penned the songs. Featuring an impressive ensemble of acclaimed actors and internationally recognised technicians, the film is scheduled to begin principal photography later this year. Extensive pre-production work is currently underway to bring this monumental historical saga to life.
