Advance bookings for Ramayana, the highly anticipated epic starring Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and Sai Pallavi, open across major ticket-booking platforms in India today, October 20, ahead of the film’s worldwide theatrical release on November 5.

Marking the occasion of Dussehra, the advance booking window gives audiences an opportunity to reserve their seats for the film’s much-awaited big-screen experience. The movie is also set to release in premium theatrical formats, including IMAX, offering audiences an immersive cinematic experience.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Ramayana is produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios in association with Yash’s Monster Mind Creations. Envisioned as a grand two-part cinematic adaptation, the film brings together a prominent ensemble cast and an international creative team to present the timeless Indian epic to audiences across the world.

Adding to the film’s appeal is the musical collaboration between internationally acclaimed composer Hans Zimmer and celebrated Indian composer A.R. Rahman. Their association marks a significant highlight of the project and has further heightened anticipation among moviegoers.

Ramayana is scheduled to release worldwide on November 5 in five languages — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. With its ambitious scale and release planned across premium theatrical formats, the film aims to deliver a grand cinematic experience to audiences in India and international markets.

The second instalment of the film is scheduled to arrive in theatres during Diwali 2027, extending the epic’s cinematic journey across two parts.
