Tehseen Poonawalla and Nayandeep Rakshit Take the Panelists’ Seats! Blunt Verdicts, Tower Tensions and a Shock Exit on Rise and Fall Season 2
Mumbai, India, 29th October 2026: The Tower may have buried its fair share of skeletons, but today, it’s time to drag them right back into the spotlight! Just when the contestants thought the drama had settled, another Poonawalla walks in, and Shehzad’s reaction is anything but welcoming. Tehseen Poonawalla’s surprise entry leaves his brother stunned, with old tensions setting the stage for a fresh showdown. Shehzad makes his displeasure clear, warning that he will not spare Tehseen if he enters the game. Two brothers, one Tower, and a reunion that is anything but warm! But Tehseen has arrived with a different agenda, joining Season 1 contestant and entertainment journalist Nayandeep Rakshit for a Power Play session that promises no easy passes and even fewer pleasantries.
Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Gautam Gulati are among the first to face the panel’s verdict. While Gautam earns Tehseen’s nod for playing well, Priyanka is urged to drop the victim card and stop letting the targeting narrative define her game. Manish Kashyap, too, is called out for failing to live up to his potential, while Swara Bhasker, Irina Rudakova and Karan Patel are told to pull their socks up before the game leaves them behind. Karan gets a particularly sharp dressing-down from Virender Sehwag, who questions his impact since returning to the Tower. Drawing on his own cricketing experience, Sehwag tells him, “Jab mein batting karta hu toh mujhe aadat hai ke mein bowler ki pitai karu uss aadat ko mein chodna nahi chahta aur jab mein zero pe out ho jaata hu toh mujhe dukh hota hai aapko woh dukh bhi nahi ho raha.” When Karan insists he is doing well because he is not being targeted, Sehwag brings the conversation back to professionalism, telling him, “Apne fans ko let down mat kijiye.” Clearly, staying out of trouble is not the same as playing to win!
And just when Shehzad might hope to escape the panel’s crossfire, Nayandeep takes aim at his game of convenience, remarking, “Jo bhi ultimate ruler ban jaanta hai aap uske peeche padh jaate ho.” The comment sets off another round of accusations, pulling Priyanka, Niharika, Swara and Karan into the fray. Sehwag steps in as the argument escalates, while Tehseen delivers a pointed reminder to Priyanka: not everything is about her! Amid the verbal volleys, the panel praises Swara and Shehzad’s friendship before revealing their top picks for the Tower. With differing names making the cut, the verdict on who is truly running the game remains far from unanimous.
But the Tower has more than verbal volleys in store. The cast and director of Chaar Yaar arrive with Most Wanted frames, turning a playful exercise into a rather pointed game of character assassination! Gautam tags Niharika as the biggest chaplus, Niharika calls Swara the meethi churi, Priyanka brands Gautam a dhongi, and Rishabh labels Shehzad a dagabaaz. The smiles may be real, but the labels leave plenty of room for bruised egos and fresh grudges.
The fun takes a backseat when Shehzad, Swara, Irina and Karan are summoned to centre stage, with one of them facing the fall. Shehzad secures safety first, followed by Swara through audience votes, leaving Karan and Irina at the mercy of the Rulers. Gautam and Rishabh vote for Karan, while Priyanka and Niharika back Irina, leaving Jashwanth with the decisive vote. In a turn that seals Irina’s fate, Jashwanth saves Karan and sends her out of the Tower. Irina bids farewell, wishing Gautam well, while Swara is left upset by her departure. In the Penthouse, the Rulers defend the decision as strategy, arguing that Irina could have posed a formidable challenge in the upcoming Takhta Palat. But with the next power shift looming and alliances hanging by a thread, will the Rulers manage to protect their positions, or are their own decisions about to come back to haunt them?
