100 படங்களின் இசைப் பயணத்தை கொண்டாடிய வேல்முருகன்!

100-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட திரைப்படங்களுக்கு இசையமைத்து தமிழ் திரையுலகில் தனக்கென ஒரு தடத்தைப் பதித்திருக்கும் ஜி.வி. பிரகாஷ்குமாரின் பிறந்தநாளை முன்னிட்டு, அவரது இசையில் தொடர்ந்து பல வெற்றிப்பாடல்களைப் பாடியுள்ள பின்னணிப் பாடகர் வேல்முருகன், தனது அன்பும் நன்றியுமாக ஒரு சிறப்பு பரிசை வழங்கினார்.

அவரது பிறந்தநாளில் என் அன்பையும் நன்றியையும் வெளிப்படுத்தும் சிறிய முயற்சியாகத்தான் இந்த தங்கச் சங்கிலியை வழங்கினேன். இன்று அவரை நேரில் சந்தித்து வாழ்த்தியது எனக்கு மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியான மற்றும் மறக்க முடியாத அனுபவமாக இருந்தது” என்றார்.
