டிரெய்லர் வெளியீட்டை முன்னிட்டு இயக்குநர் சேட்டன் டி.கே. கூறுகையில், “இது ஒரு திரைப்படம் மட்டுமல்ல; சமூகத்தில் தவிர்க்க முடியாத ஒரு விவாதத்தை தொடங்கும் முயற்சி. அனைவரின் வாழ்க்கையையும் அமைதியாக பாதித்து வரும் ஒரு முக்கிய பிரச்சினையை திரைமூலம் பேச விரும்பினோம். இந்தப் படம் பார்வையாளர்களை சிந்திக்கவும், கேள்வி எழுப்பவும் தூண்டும் என நம்புகிறேன்,” என்றார்.

Starring Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade in lead roles, the film aims to spark conversations about one of the most pressing issues affecting public health and the environment.

The film explores the widespread use of chemical pesticides in agriculture and examines their impact on human health, ecosystems, and future generations. Through a gripping narrative, The India Story seeks to expose hidden truths while raising awareness about a crisis that often goes unnoticed despite affecting millions of lives.
