தமிழ் சினிமாவின் முன்னணி இசையமைப்பாளர்களில் ஒருவராக திகழும் அனிருத் ரவிச்சந்தர், தற்போது தனது இசைப் பயணத்தில் புதிய அத்தியாயத்தைத் தொடங்கியுள்ளார். திரைப்பட இசை உலகில் ஏற்கனவே பல சாதனைகளை படைத்துள்ள அவர், தற்போது சுயாதீன இசை (Independent Music) துறையில் தனது கவனத்தை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் ‘அரவிந்த்’ என்ற புதிய பாடலை வெளியிட்டுள்ளார்.

அல்புகெர்கி ரெக்கார்ட்ஸ் என்ற தனது சொந்த இசை நிறுவனத்தின் மூலம், யுனிவர்சல் மியூசிக் இந்தியாவுடன் இணைந்து வெளியாகியுள்ள இந்தப் பாடல், தமிழ் மற்றும் தெலுங்கு மொழிகளில் ரசிகர்களை சென்றடைந்துள்ளது. திரைப்பட பாடல்களின் கட்டுப்பாடுகளைத் தாண்டி, ஒரு தனிப்பட்ட கதை மற்றும் கருத்தை இசை வழியாக வெளிப்படுத்தும் முயற்சியாக இது அமைந்துள்ளது.

Tamil cinema’s celebrated music composer Anirudh Ravichander has begun a new chapter in his musical career. Having already established himself as one of the most successful composers in the film industry, Anirudh is now strengthening his presence in the independent music space with the release of his latest track, “Aravind.”

Released through his own label, Albuquerque Records, in collaboration with Universal Music India, the song is available in both Tamil and Telugu. The project marks a significant step beyond mainstream film music, allowing Anirudh to explore storytelling through pop and hip-hop while expressing a more personal and original creative vision.

The character Aravind represents the dreams, struggles, and aspirations of an independent musician. While digital platforms and social media have made music distribution easier than ever, the song highlights the challenges artists face in building a lasting presence and finding their audience in an increasingly crowded digital landscape.

Anirudh first rose to national fame with the viral phenomenon “Why This Kolaveri Di?” and has since delivered chart-topping soundtracks for blockbuster films such as Jailer, Vikram, Leo, Coolie, and Devara: Part 1.
