Dhruv Vikram’s Fourth Film ‘#DV4’ Launched in Grand Style; Mythri Movie Makers Kickstart Their Fourth Tamil Venture
Chennai:
Leading pan-India production house Mythri Movie Makers has officially launched its fourth Tamil film, marking another significant step in its expansion beyond Telugu cinema. The new project, tentatively titled #MythriTamil04 / #DV4, stars Dhruv Vikram in the lead and was formally inaugurated with a traditional pooja ceremony in Chennai.
The grand launch took place at the Mythri Movie Makers office in MRC Nagar, Chennai, in the presence of the film’s cast, crew, and several prominent filmmakers from the Tamil film industry. Directors Adhik Ravichandran, Sasi, Hi Nanna fame Shouryuv, Antony Bhagyaraj, Raja, and others attended the ceremony to extend their best wishes to the team. Director Keerthiswaran sounded the clapboard for the auspicious muhurtham shot, officially commencing the film’s production.
The film will be directed by Karan Aravind Kumar, who is making his directorial debut with this ambitious commercial entertainer. He has co-written the story with Saby, promising a screenplay packed with action, emotion, and entertainment.
Following the blockbuster success of Bison, Dhruv Vikram is all set to present himself in a completely new mass-action avatar. Widely appreciated for choosing performance-oriented and unconventional roles, the young actor is now gearing up to entertain a broader audience with a full-fledged commercial entertainer, making #DV4 one of the most anticipated projects in his career.
The film also stars Prithvi Pandiarajan and Sai Dheena in pivotal roles. The technical team features cinematographer Viki, editor Jayasuriya, production designer G.M. Sekhar, costume designer Praveen Raja, and National Award-winning action choreographer Vikram Mor, who will design the film’s action sequences.
Produced on a lavish scale by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili under the Mythri Movie Makers banner, the film comes after the production house’s major successes with Good Bad Ugly and Dude. The collaboration between Mythri Movie Makers and Dhruv Vikram has already generated considerable excitement among fans and the industry alike.
