சிங்கப்பூரில் “மீலாதுன் நபி”க்கு மாபெரும் வரவேற்பு – சமூக அங்கீகாரத்துடன் சர்வதேச பயணத்தை தொடரும் ஆவணப்படம்!

சிங்கப்பூரில் நடைபெற்ற “மீலாதுன் நபி” திரைப்படத் திரையிடல் விழா, சாதாரண சினிமா நிகழ்வைத் தாண்டி ஒரு சமூக – கலாச்சார கொண்டாட்டமாக மாறியது. தாரகை முத்தமிழ் கழகத்தின் ஏற்பாட்டில் மே 10ஆம் தேதி ஊட்லண்ட்ஸ் நூலகத் திரையரங்கில் நடைபெற்ற இந்த நிகழ்வில், திரைப்படத்திற்கும் அதன் படைப்புக் குழுவினருக்கும் பாராட்டுகள் குவிந்தன.

சிங்கப்பூர் மலாய் வர்த்தக மற்றும் தொழில் சபையின் தலைவர் முனைவர் அப்துல் மாலிக் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராகக் கலந்து கொண்டு, சமூக சேவையில் தொடர்ந்து ஈடுபட்டு வரும் ராயல் கிங்ஸ் குழுமத்தின் நிறுவனத் தலைவர் திரு. சிராஜுதீனுக்கு “சமூகக் கலைச் செம்மல்” விருதை வழங்கி கௌரவித்தார்.

அதேவேளை, சமூக விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தியதற்கும் மக்களிடையே பெரும் தாக்கத்தை உருவாக்கியதற்கும் இயக்குநர் மில்லத் அகமதுவுக்கு “சிறந்த ஆவணப் படம்” விருது வழங்கப்பட்டது. இதன் மூலம் “மீலாதுன் நபி” திரைப்படம் சிங்கப்பூரிலேயே ஒரு தனித்துவமான அங்கீகாரத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளது.

இப்படத்தின் சர்வதேச பயணமும் தொடர்ந்து விரிவடைந்து வருகிறது. வரும் ஜூன் 16ஆம் தேதி மலேசியா, கோலாலம்பூரில் நடைபெறவுள்ள திரையிடலுக்காக ரெயின்போ ஈவென்ட்ஸ் அமைப்பாளர் ரசிதா பேகம் படத்தின் சுவரொட்டியை பெற்றுக்கொண்டார்.

நிகழ்ச்சியில் பேசிய முனைவர் அப்துல் மாலிக், “எனக்குத் தமிழ் தெரியாது. ஆனால் வசன வரிகளின் உதவியுடன் முழுப் படத்தையும் ரசித்தேன். இந்தப் படம் மலாய் மொழியிலும் வெளியாக வேண்டும்; அதற்கான முழு ஆதரவையும் வழங்கத் தயாராக இருக்கிறேன்,” என்று தெரிவித்தது நிகழ்வின் சிறப்பை மேலும் உயர்த்தியது.

விருது பெற்ற திரு. சிராஜுதீன், “எந்த எதிர்பார்ப்பும் இல்லாமல் சமூகத்திற்கு செய்யும் பணிதான் உண்மையான மகிழ்ச்சி,” என்று மனமுவந்து பேசினார்.

இயக்குநர் மில்லத் அகமது கூறுகையில், “பிரான்ஸ், அமெரிக்கா, ஆஸ்திரேலியா உள்ளிட்ட பல சர்வதேச திரைப்பட விழாக்களில் இந்தப் படம் பயணிக்கிறது. ஆனால் அதற்கு முன்பாக சிங்கப்பூரில் கிடைத்த இந்த அங்கீகாரம் என் படைப்புப் பயணத்தில் மிகப் பெரிய ஊக்கமாக உள்ளது,” என்றார்.

சிங்கப்பூர்த் தமிழ்ப் பண்பாட்டு மையத்தின் தலைவர் அருண் மகிழ்நன், “இது சாதாரண ஆவணப்படம் அல்ல; ஆழமான ஆய்வும் அர்ப்பணிப்பும் சேர்ந்த ஒரு மகத்தான படைப்பு,” என்று பாராட்டினார்.

எழுத்தாளர் ரமா சங்கரனும், “இந்தப் படம் வெறும் பொழுதுபோக்கு அல்ல; ஆன்மீகமும் கலாச்சாரமும் கலந்த ஒரு அனுபவம். நான் தேடிய பல கேள்விகளுக்கு இதில் பதில் கிடைத்தது,” என்று கூறினார்.

நிகழ்ச்சியின் நிறைவில் தாரகை முத்தமிழ்க் கழகத் தலைவர் மஹாஜபீன் நன்றியுரை வழங்கியதுடன், பார்வையாளர்களின் உணர்ச்சிமிகு பாராட்டுகளே நிகழ்ச்சியின் வெற்றியை உறுதிப்படுத்தியதாக தெரிவித்தார்.

 

“Meeladun Nabi” Receives Grand Reception in Singapore – Documentary Continues Its International Journey with Social Recognition!

The screening of Meeladun Nabi in Singapore turned into more than just a film event; it became a celebration of culture, spirituality, and social unity. Organized by Tharakai Muthamizh Kazhagam, the special screening was held on May 10 at the Woodlands Library Auditorium and received overwhelming appreciation from audiences and distinguished guests alike.

Dr. Abdul Malik, President of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended the event as the chief guest. During the ceremony, he honoured Mr. Sirajudeen, Founder and Chairman of Royal Kings Group, with the “Samuga Kalai Semmal” award in recognition of his continuous selfless service to society.

Director Millath Ahamad was also honoured with the “Best Documentary Film” award for creating a socially impactful film that has strongly connected with audiences. The recognition marked a significant milestone for Meeladun Nabi in Singapore.

The documentary’s international journey is also expanding further. As part of its upcoming Malaysia screening scheduled on June 16 in Kuala Lumpur, Rainbow Events organiser Rasitha Begam received the official poster of the film during the event.

Speaking at the gathering, Dr. Abdul Malik said emotionally, “Even though I do not know Tamil, I watched the entire film with the help of subtitles and was deeply moved. This documentary deserves to be released in the Malay language as well, and I am ready to extend all possible support for it.”

Award recipient Mr. Sirajudeen stated, “Serving society without expecting anything in return is what truly gives me happiness.”

Director Millath Ahamad shared, “The film has already participated in international film festivals in countries including France, the United States, and Australia. However, the recognition received in Singapore before all of that feels like one of the biggest achievements of my journey.”

Mr. Arun Magizhnan, President of the Singapore Tamil Cultural Centre, praised the film saying, “This is not an ordinary documentary. It reflects extraordinary dedication and effort beyond the boundaries of conventional filmmaking.”

Writer Rama Sankaran remarked, “This is not merely an entertaining film; it should be experienced as a cultural and spiritual creation. The documentary answered many questions I had been searching answers for.”

Concluding the event, Tharakai Muthamizh Kazhagam President Mahajabeen delivered the vote of thanks and said that the emotional appreciation from the audience itself stood as the greatest testimony to the success of the screening.
