பிரபு – விஜய் வர்மா கூட்டணியில் புதிய திரைப்படம் தொடக்கம்!
ஃபிராங்க்ளின் ஜேக்கப் இயக்கத்தில் உருவாகும் டார்க் ஹியூமர் த்ரில்லர் – சென்னையில் விரைவில் படப்பிடிப்பு

சென்னை: Romeo Pictures சார்பில் ராகுல் மற்றும் Aviate Pictures சார்பில் கோகுல் ஸ்ரீனிவாசன் இணைந்து தயாரிக்கும் புதிய திரைப்படத்தின் தொடக்க விழா சென்னையில் நடைபெற்றது. ‘ரைட்டர்’ படத்தின் மூலம் கவனம் பெற்ற இயக்குநர் ஃபிராங்க்ளின் ஜேக்கப் இப்படத்தை இயக்குகிறார்.

இளைய திலகம் பிரபு மற்றும் ‘பிக்பாஸ் 7’ நிகழ்ச்சியின் மூலம் பிரபலமான விஜய் வர்மா ஆகியோர் இப்படத்தில் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடிக்கின்றனர். டார்க் ஹியூமர் பின்னணியில், த்ரில்லர் மற்றும் காமெடி கலந்த வித்தியாசமான கதைக்களத்தில் இப்படம் உருவாகிறது.

விஜய் வர்மாவுக்கு ஜோடியாக முன்னணி நடிகை ஒருவர் நடிக்கவுள்ளார். தயாரிப்பாளர் ராகுலும் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்கிறார். இவர்களுடன் முத்துக்குமார், ரமேஷ் திலக், திலீப் சுப்பராயன், தீனா, அருண் மாதேஸ்வரன், கவிதா பாரதி, அவினாஷ் ரகுதேவன் உள்ளிட்டோர் முக்கிய வேடங்களில் நடிக்கின்றனர்.

இப்படத்தின் தொடக்க விழாவில் இயக்குநர்கள் பா.ரஞ்சித், அருண் மாதேஸ்வரன் உள்ளிட்ட திரையுலகப் பிரபலங்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு படக்குழுவினருக்கு வாழ்த்து தெரிவித்தனர்.

புதிய தலைமுறையுடன் இணையும் பிரபு

விழாவில் பேசிய நடிகர் பிரபு, இயக்குநர் ஃபிராங்க்ளின் ஜேக்கப் கூறிய கதை தன்னை வெகுவாகக் கவர்ந்ததாகத் தெரிவித்தார். இதுவரை பார்க்காத வித்தியாசமான கதைக்களத்தில் பணியாற்றும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்திருப்பது மகிழ்ச்சி அளிப்பதாகவும், சிறந்த தொழில்நுட்பக் கலைஞர்கள் இப்படத்தில் இணைந்திருப்பதாகவும் அவர் கூறினார்.

இப்படத்தில் இணைந்திருப்பது மகிழ்ச்சி அளிப்பதாகத் தெரிவித்த விஜய் வர்மா, இந்தப் படத்திற்கான பணிகள் கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளாக நடைபெற்று வருவதாகக் கூறினார். நீண்ட கால முயற்சிகளுக்குப் பிறகு தற்போது படம் உருவாகும் நிலைக்கு வந்திருப்பது மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருப்பதாகவும், இயக்குநர் ஃபிராங்க்ளின் ஜேக்கப் உள்ளிட்ட படக்குழுவினருக்கு நன்றி தெரிவிப்பதாகவும் அவர் கூறினார்.

இயக்குநர் பா.ரஞ்சித் பேசுகையில், ஃபிராங்க்ளின் ஜேக்கப் தன்னுடன் இணை இயக்குநராகப் பணியாற்றியவர் என்றும், அவரது புதிய முயற்சி வழக்கமான திரைப்படங்களிலிருந்து மாறுபட்டதாக இருக்கும் என்றும் தெரிவித்தார்.

இளம் தலைமுறை படைப்பாளிகள் தங்களுக்கான தனித்துவமான கதைகளையும் புதிய களங்களையும் உருவாக்க வேண்டும் என்பதற்கு இப்படம் ஒரு முக்கியமான முயற்சி எனக் குறிப்பிட்ட அவர், ‘ரைட்டர்’ திரைப்படம் தன்னை மிகவும் கவர்ந்ததாகவும், ஃபிராங்க்ளினுக்கு தமிழ் சினிமாவில் தனித்துவமான இடம் இருப்பதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார்.

யுவன் சங்கர் ராஜாவின் இசையும், இளைய திலகம் பிரபுவின் பங்களிப்பும் இப்படத்திற்கு கூடுதல் பலமாக அமையும் என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.

இயக்குநர் அருண் மாதேஸ்வரன் பேசுகையில், தயாரிப்பாளர் ராகுலை பல ஆண்டுகளாகத் தெரியும் என்றும், அவரது வளர்ச்சியை நேரில் பார்த்துள்ளதாகவும் தெரிவித்தார்.

ஃபிராங்க்ளின் ஜேக்கப் ஒரு திறமையான இயக்குநர் என்றும், அவரது கதைகளில் தனித்துவமான அணுகுமுறை இருப்பதாகவும் கூறிய அருண் மாதேஸ்வரன், ஒரு நல்ல இயக்குநருக்கு படம் உருவாகாமல் இருப்பதை மிகப்பெரிய வன்முறையாகக் கருதுவதாகக் குறிப்பிட்டார்.

பிரபு – ஃபிராங்க்ளின் கூட்டணி எதிர்பாராததொரு சுவாரஸ்யமான கூட்டணி என்றும், யுவன் சங்கர் ராஜாவின் இசை படத்திற்கு மிகப்பெரிய பலமாக இருக்கும் என்றும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

இயக்குநர் ஃபிராங்க்ளின் ஜேக்கப் பேசுகையில், இப்படத்தின் கதை குறித்து தயாரிப்பாளர் ராகுலிடம் பேசியபோது அவருக்கு கதை பிடித்ததால், இருவரும் இணைந்து இப்படத்தை உருவாக்க முடிவு செய்ததாகத் தெரிவித்தார்.

பிரபுவை இப்படத்தில் நடிக்க வைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற யோசனையை முதலில் தயாரிப்பாளர் ராகுல்தான் முன்வைத்ததாகவும், பிரபுவின் தனித்துவமான நடிப்பு பாணியை இதுவரை பார்க்காத வகையில் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணத்தில் அவரிடம் கதையை எடுத்துச் சென்றதாகவும் அவர் கூறினார்.

கதையைக் கேட்ட பிரபு மிகுந்த ஆர்வத்துடன் படத்தில் நடிக்க சம்மதித்தது தங்களுக்கு மிகப்பெரிய நம்பிக்கையை அளித்ததாகவும் ஃபிராங்க்ளின் தெரிவித்தார்.

நடிகர் ரமேஷ் திலக் பேசுகையில், இப்படத்தில் பணியாற்றும் பலரும் தனது நெருங்கிய நண்பர்கள் என்றும், இயக்குநர் ஃபிராங்க்ளினுடன் இணைந்து பணியாற்றுவதில் மகிழ்ச்சி என்றும் தெரிவித்தார்.

அதே நேரத்தில், இளைய திலகம் பிரபுவுடன் இணைந்து நடிக்க வேண்டும் என்பது தனது நீண்ட நாள் கனவு என்றும், அது இப்படத்தின் மூலம் நிறைவேறியிருப்பது மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியை அளிப்பதாகவும் அவர் கூறினார்.

இப்படத்திற்கு யுவன் சங்கர் ராஜா இசையமைக்கிறார். பிரதீப் காளிராஜா ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்கிறார். பிரசன்னா G.K படத்தொகுப்புப் பணிகளை மேற்கொள்கிறார். P.C. ஸ்டன்ட்ஸ் சண்டைப் பயிற்சியை கவனிக்கிறார். யுகபாரதி பாடல்களை எழுதுகிறார்.

நவ்ஷாத் அகமது ஆடை வடிவமைப்பையும், சக்தி வெங்கட்ராஜ் M கலை இயக்கத்தையும் மேற்கொள்கின்றனர். வான்கோ போஸ்டர் வடிவமைப்பை கவனிக்கிறார். ‘DC’ திரைப்படத்தில் பணியாற்றிய பல தொழில்நுட்பக் கலைஞர்களும் இப்படத்தில் இணைந்து பணியாற்றவுள்ளனர்.

இப்படத்தின் முதற்கட்ட படப்பிடிப்பு ஆகஸ்ட் மாத இறுதியில் சென்னையில் தொடங்குகிறது. படத்தின் தலைப்பு மற்றும் மேலும் பல முக்கிய தகவல்கள் விரைவில் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக அறிவிக்கப்படவுள்ளன.

Prabhu and Vijay Varma Join Hands for Franklin Jacob’s New Film

Romeo Pictures and Aviate Pictures’ new production begins with a grand pooja ceremony; Yuvan Shankar Raja to compose the music

Chennai: A new Tamil film produced jointly by Rahul of Romeo Pictures and Gokul Srinivasan of Aviate Pictures began with a traditional pooja ceremony in Chennai. The film is directed by Franklin Jacob, known for his work on Writer and as the dialogue writer of DC.

The film features veteran actor Prabhu and Vijay Varma, who shot to fame through Bigg Boss Tamil Season 7, in the lead roles. A popular actress is set to play the female lead opposite Vijay Varma.

Set against a dark-humour backdrop, the film is said to be an unconventional thriller-comedy with a distinctive storyline and treatment. Producer Rahul will also be seen in a pivotal role.

The supporting cast includes Muthukumar, Ramesh Thilak, Dileep Subbarayan, Dheena, Arun Matheswaran, Kavitha Bharathi and Avinash Raghudevan in important roles.

Directors Pa. Ranjith and Arun Matheswaran, along with several members of the film fraternity, attended the pooja ceremony and extended their wishes to the team.

Prabhu: “I’m happy to be part of such a different film”

Speaking at the event, Prabhu said that director Franklin Jacob narrated an interesting and distinctive story that immediately impressed him.

He expressed his happiness at getting the opportunity to be part of a film with a different approach and praised the talented technical team associated with the project. He also appreciated the presence of filmmakers Pa. Ranjith and Arun Matheswaran, who came forward to encourage the new generation of creators.

Prabhu further praised producer Rahul and expressed confidence that the film would offer audiences a memorable cinematic experience.

Vijay Varma: “This project has been in the works for several years”

Vijay Varma said he was delighted to be part of the film and praised the dedication and enthusiasm of the entire team.

He revealed that the project has been in development for several years and that he had been associated with the journey for quite some time. With the film now finally going on floors, he expressed his happiness and thanked Franklin Jacob and the entire team for bringing him on board.

Pa. Ranjith: “This film has a distinctive approach”

Director Pa. Ranjith, who has worked with Franklin Jacob in the past, said that this project should not be viewed as just another film.

He highlighted the importance of young filmmakers creating stories and exploring new worlds with their own distinctive voices. He expressed confidence in Franklin’s vision and said that the director has an important place in contemporary Tamil cinema.

Ranjith also pointed out that several members of the technical team who worked on DC are part of this project as well. He praised the combination of Prabhu, a highly experienced actor, with a new generation of filmmakers.

He also described Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music as one of the film’s major strengths.

Arun Matheswaran praises Franklin Jacob’s vision

Director Arun Matheswaran congratulated producer Rahul on his new venture and recalled knowing him for nearly nine years.

Speaking about Franklin Jacob, Arun described him as a talented filmmaker with a distinctive approach to storytelling. He expressed his happiness that Franklin finally has the opportunity to bring this project to the screen.

Arun also said that the combination of Prabhu and Franklin was unexpected but extremely interesting. He added that Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music would be another major strength for the film.

Franklin Jacob: “We want to present Prabhu in a completely different way”

Director Franklin Jacob revealed that the idea for the film was initially discussed with producer Rahul, who immediately connected with the concept. The duo then decided to develop the project together.

According to Franklin, it was Rahul who first suggested bringing Prabhu on board. The director said he wanted to utilise Prabhu’s unique style of acting and present the veteran actor in a way audiences have not seen before.

Franklin added that Prabhu listened to the narration with great interest and immediately expressed his willingness to be part of the film. He described the veteran actor’s presence as a major strength for the project.

The director thanked everyone who attended the launch event and assured that the team would work together to deliver the film with the support of the entire cast and crew.

Ramesh Thilak: “Working with Prabhu is a long-time dream”

Actor Ramesh Thilak said that several members of the film’s team are his close friends and that he was excited to collaborate with Franklin Jacob.

He also revealed that working alongside Prabhu had been a long-standing dream of his and expressed happiness that the opportunity has finally come his way through this film.

Yuvan Shankar Raja to compose music

The film has an impressive technical crew. Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music, while Pradeep Kaliraja is handling cinematography and Prasanna G.K is overseeing the editing.

P.C. Stunts will choreograph the action sequences, with Yugabharathi penning the songs. Naushad Ahmed is handling costume design, while Sakthi Venkatraj M is the art director. Vango is designing the posters.

Several technicians who worked on DC are also expected to be part of this project.

The first schedule of the film is set to commence in Chennai towards the end of August. The title of the film and further details regarding the project will be officially announced soon.
