‘அட்டாக்கர்’ படத்தில் அதிரடி வேடத்தில் வருண்

கைப்பந்து விளையாட்டை மையமாக வைத்து உருவாகும் புதிய படம் – பவிஷ், அவந்திகா முன்னணி கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடிப்பு

“கைவிட மறுப்பவர்களே மிகப்பெரிய வெற்றிகளை அடைகிறார்கள்” என்ற நம்பிக்கையை மையமாக வைத்து, இளம் தலைமுறையினரை கவரும் வகையில் உருவாகி வரும் திரைப்படம் ‘அட்டாக்கர்’ (Attacker). பவிஷ் மற்றும் அவந்திகா முன்னணி கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடிக்கும் இப்படத்தை அறிமுக இயக்குநர் தாமோ நாகபூஷணம் இயக்குகிறார்.

கைப்பந்து விளையாட்டை மையமாகக் கொண்ட இப்படத்தில், நடிகர் வருண் இதுவரை ரசிகர்கள் பார்த்திராத வகையிலான வலிமையான, சவாலான கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்கிறார். கதையின் முக்கிய திருப்பங்களுடன் தொடர்புடையதாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள இவரது கதாபாத்திரம், படத்திற்கு கூடுதல் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தும் வகையில் அமைந்துள்ளதாக படக்குழுவினர் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

விளையாட்டை மையமாகக் கொண்ட கதை

நடிகர் தனுஷின் மருமகனான பவிஷ், இப்படத்தில் கைப்பந்து விளையாட்டு வீரராக முதன்மை கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்கிறார். அவருக்கு ஜோடியாக குஷ்பு – சுந்தர் சி. தம்பதியின் மகளான அவந்திகா நடிக்கிறார்.

வழக்கமான விளையாட்டுப் படங்களைப் போல வெற்றியை மட்டுமே முன்னிலைப்படுத்தாமல், ஒரு விளையாட்டு வீரர் சந்திக்கும் போட்டி, அழுத்தம், தோல்வி, மீண்டு வருவதற்கான போராட்டம் மற்றும் விடாமுயற்சி ஆகியவற்றைச் சுற்றி கதை நகரும் வகையில் படம் உருவாகி வருகிறது.

குறிப்பாக, இளம் நடிகர்களுடன் நிஜ வாழ்க்கையில் கைப்பந்து விளையாடும் வீரர்களையும் படக்குழு இணைத்துள்ளது. இதனால் போட்டிக் காட்சிகளுக்கு செயற்கைத்தன்மை இல்லாமல், உண்மையான விளையாட்டு சூழலைக் கொண்டு வருவதற்கு முயற்சி மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது.

வருணுக்கு வித்தியாசமான வேடம்

‘பிக் பாஸ் தமிழ் – சீசன் 5’ நிகழ்ச்சியின் மூலம் ரசிகர்களிடையே பரவலான கவனம் பெற்ற வருண், அதற்கு முன்பும் பல திரைப்படங்களில் நடித்துள்ளார். ‘ஒரு நாள் இரவில்’ படத்தின் மூலம் திரையுலகில் அறிமுகமான அவர், தொடர்ந்து ‘போகன்’, ‘வனமகன்’, ‘எல்.கே.ஜி.’, ‘கோமாளி’, ‘பப்பி’, ‘ஜோஷுவா’, ‘இமை போல் காக்க’ உள்ளிட்ட படங்களில் நடித்துள்ளார்.

ஒவ்வொரு படத்திலும் மாறுபட்ட கதாபாத்திரங்களை தேர்வு செய்து நடித்து வரும் வருணுக்கு, ‘அட்டாக்கர்’ படத்தின் கதாபாத்திரம் மற்றொரு வித்தியாசமான முயற்சியாக இருக்கும் என எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

இளம் கூட்டணியில் உருவாகும் ‘அட்டாக்கர்’

ஜினிமா மீடியா அண்ட் என்டெயின்மென்ட் லிமிடெட் (Zinema Media and Entertainment Limited) சார்பில் தினேஷ் ராஜ் தயாரிக்கும் இப்படத்தில் பவிஷ், அவந்திகா ஆகியோர் முதன்மை கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடிக்கின்றனர். வருண் முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த கதாபாத்திரத்தில் இடம்பெறுகிறார்.

கைப்பந்து விளையாட்டை பின்னணியாகக் கொண்டாலும், விளையாட்டுடன் சேர்த்து இளம் தலைமுறையின் கனவு, தோல்வியை எதிர்கொள்ளும் மனநிலை, வெற்றிக்கான போராட்டம் மற்றும் விடாமுயற்சி ஆகியவற்றுக்கும் முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்கும் வகையில் ‘அட்டாக்கர்’ உருவாகி வருகிறது.

புதிய தலைமுறை நடிகர்களையும் நிஜ விளையாட்டு வீரர்களையும் ஒன்றிணைத்து உருவாகி வரும் இப்படம், விளையாட்டு ரசிகர்களுக்கு மட்டுமின்றி, உணர்வுப்பூர்வமான கதைகளை விரும்பும் ரசிகர்களுக்கும் வித்தியாசமான திரை அனுபவத்தை வழங்கும் என்று படக்குழுவினர் நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

 

Varun to Appear in a Powerful Role in ‘Attacker’

Pavish and Avantika headline the volleyball-based sports drama directed by debutant Thamo Nagabooshanam

“Those who refuse to give up are the ones who achieve the greatest victories.” Built around this spirit of perseverance, Attacker is an upcoming sports drama that revolves around the world of volleyball. The film stars Pavish and Avantika in the lead roles, with actor Varun essaying a powerful and challenging character.

Directed by debut filmmaker Thamo Nagabooshanam, the film is produced by Dinesh Raj under the banner of Zinema Media and Entertainment Limited.

Pavish as a Volleyball Player

Pavish, nephew of actor Dhanush, plays the protagonist in the film, portraying a volleyball player. Avantika, daughter of actors Khushbu and Sundar C, plays the female lead.

Rather than focusing solely on the victories associated with sports, Attacker explores the challenges faced by athletes, including competition, pressure, setbacks, determination and the courage to rise again after failure.

Adding to the film’s authenticity, the makers have brought together young actors and real-life volleyball players. This approach is expected to lend a natural and realistic sporting atmosphere to the film, particularly during the volleyball sequences.

Varun in a Different Avatar

Varun, who gained widespread popularity through Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5, has established himself as a versatile performer. He made his acting debut with Oru Naal Iravil and went on to appear in films including Bogan, Vanamagan, LKG, Comali, Puppy, Joshua and Imai Pol Kaakka.

With Attacker, Varun is set to take on a strong and challenging role that is expected to showcase another side of his acting abilities. His character is said to have an important connection to the narrative and is likely to add an additional layer of intensity and drama to the film.
