புதியவர்களின் கனவுக்கு துணை நிற்கும் ‘அந்தரன்’ – ஜூன் 25ல் திரையரங்குகளில் வெளியீடு!
தமிழ் சினிமாவில் தரமான கதைகளுக்கு எப்போதும் வரவேற்பு உண்டு என்ற நம்பிக்கையுடன் உருவாகியுள்ள கிரைம் திரில்லர் திரைப்படம் ‘அந்தரன்’. நடிகர் பிரஜின் கதாநாயகனாக நடித்துள்ள இப்படம், வருகிற ஜூன் 25ஆம் தேதி உலகம் முழுவதும் திரையரங்குகளில் வெளியாகவுள்ளது.
ஸ்ரீ கிரிஷ் பிக்சர்ஸ் நிறுவனம் சார்பில் மு.கி. சாம்பசிவம் தயாரித்துள்ள இப்படத்தை சந்தோஷ் ராவணன் இயக்கியுள்ளார். இவானா வருண், அனுபமா குமார், ஆதிரன் பத்மன், அருவி பாலா உள்ளிட்ட பலர் முக்கிய கதாபாத்திரங்களில் நடித்துள்ளனர்.
சென்னையில் நடைபெற்ற பத்திரிகையாளர் சந்திப்பில் படக்குழுவினருடன் தயாரிப்பாளர் சி.வி. குமார், நடிகை சாண்ட்ரா, பிக் பாஸ் சபரி மற்றும் விக்கல்ஸ் விக்ரம் ஆகியோர் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களாக கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
நிகழ்ச்சியில் பேசிய இயக்குநர் சந்தோஷ் ராவணன், “வழக்கமான திரில்லர் படமாக அல்லாமல், பார்வையாளர்களை இறுதிவரை யூகிக்க முடியாத வகையில் ‘அந்தரன்’ உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தற்போது நீதிமன்றத்தில் நடைபெற்று வரும் ஒரு உண்மைச் சம்பவ வழக்கை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு கதையை உருவாக்கியுள்ளோம். படத்தின் உச்சக்கட்டம் ரசிகர்களுக்கு வித்தியாசமான அனுபவத்தை வழங்கும்” என்றார்.
மேலும், திரில்லர் கதையாக இருந்தாலும் காதல், உணர்வு மற்றும் மனித வாழ்க்கையின் மறைக்கப்பட்ட பரிமாணங்களை இணைத்து படமாக்கியிருப்பதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
படத்தின் நாயகன் பிரஜின் பேசுகையில், “இருபது ஆண்டுகளாக சினிமாவில் பயணித்து வருகிறேன். இந்த படம் என் திரைப்பயணத்தில் முக்கிய திருப்புமுனையாக அமையும் என்ற நம்பிக்கை உள்ளது. ரசிகர்கள் செலவிடும் நேரத்திற்கும் பணத்திற்கும் முழுமையான மதிப்பளிக்கும் படைப்பாக ‘அந்தரன்’ இருக்கும்” என்று கூறினார்.
நாயகி இவானா வருண், “என்னுடைய முதல் திரைப்படம் என்பதால் ‘அந்தரன்’ எனக்கு மிகவும் சிறப்பானது. படப்பிடிப்பின் போது கிடைத்த அனுபவங்களும் ஆதரவுகளும் மறக்க முடியாதவை. ரசிகர்கள் படத்தை ரசிப்பார்கள் என்ற நம்பிக்கை இருக்கிறது” என்றார்.
தயாரிப்பாளர் சி.வி. குமார் பேசுகையில், “படத்தை முழுமையாக பார்த்துவிட்டேன். கதையின் நகர்வை இறுதிவரை கணிக்க முடியாத அளவுக்கு சுவாரஸ்யமாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. நல்ல படங்களுக்கு ரசிகர்களும் ஊடகங்களும் எப்போதும் ஆதரவு தருவார்கள். அந்த வகையில் ‘அந்தரன்’ வெற்றி பெறும்” என்று பாராட்டினார்.
தயாரிப்பாளர் மு.கி. சாம்பசிவம், “புதியவர்களின் படங்களை ‘நட்சத்திரங்கள் இல்லாத படம்’ என்று புறக்கணிக்கக் கூடாது. இன்றைய முன்னணி நட்சத்திரங்களும் ஒருகாலத்தில் புதுமுகங்களாகவே அறிமுகமானவர்கள் என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்ள வேண்டும்” என உருக்கமாகக் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
கிரைம் திரில்லர், காதல், உணர்வு மற்றும் மர்மம் ஆகிய அம்சங்களை இணைத்து உருவாகியுள்ள ‘அந்தரன்’, ஜூன் 25ஆம் தேதி ரசிகர்களின் வரவேற்பைப் பெற தயாராக காத்திருக்கிறது.
‘Andharan’ Backs New Talent with a Powerful Thriller; Set for Worldwide Release on June 25
Believing that quality storytelling always finds its audience, the makers of the upcoming crime thriller ‘Andharan’ are gearing up for a worldwide theatrical release on June 25. The film stars Prajin in the lead role and promises a gripping cinematic experience filled with suspense, emotion, and unexpected twists.
Produced by M. K. Sambasivam under the banner of Sri Girish Pictures and directed by Santhosh Raavanan, the film features Ivana Varun, Anupama Kumar, Aadhiran Padman, Aruvi Bala, and several others in pivotal roles.
A press meet was recently held in Chennai to promote the film, attended by the cast and crew along with special guests including producer C. V. Kumar, actress Sandra, Bigg Boss Sabari, and Vikkals Vikram.
Speaking at the event, director Santhosh Raavanan revealed that Andharan is not a conventional thriller. “The film is inspired by a real-life court case that is currently under trial. We have crafted the narrative in a way that keeps the audience guessing until the very end. The climax carries a unique element that will leave a lasting impact on viewers,” he said.
He further added that while the film is rooted in the thriller genre, it also incorporates romance, emotions, and deeper reflections on aspects of life that often go unnoticed.
Lead actor Prajin expressed confidence in the project, saying, “I have been striving for a breakthrough in cinema for nearly two decades. I believe Andharan will become a significant milestone in my journey. This is a film that respects the audience’s time and money by offering a complete and satisfying cinematic experience.”
Making her film debut, actress Ivana Varun described Andharan as a special project. “This is my first film, and the experience of working with such a supportive team has been unforgettable. I am confident that audiences will connect with and enjoy the film,” she said.
Producer C. V. Kumar, who has already watched the film, praised the team’s efforts. “The screenplay is engaging and unpredictable. The story unfolds in a manner that keeps viewers intrigued throughout. Good films always find appreciation from both audiences and the media, and I believe Andharan will be one such success story,” he remarked.
Producer M. K. Sambasivam used the occasion to highlight the importance of supporting emerging talent. “Films made by newcomers should not be dismissed simply because they do not feature established stars. Every major star in the industry was once a newcomer. We must encourage and support fresh talent and meaningful cinema,” he stated.
Blending crime, mystery, romance, and emotion, ‘Andharan’ is poised to offer audiences a refreshing thriller experience when it arrives in theatres worldwide on June 25.
