During the festive episode, Samantha opened up about her love for traditional Diwali sweets and shared a heartwarming childhood memory of buying adhirasam for just ₹1. She recalled how she would save money little by little to buy the adhirasam sold outside her house and eagerly enjoy the sweet treat. Samantha also expressed that recreating that simple childhood experience today is no longer possible.

Recalling how the festival was always associated with firecrackers and delicious food, he revealed that his family continued preparing Diwali sweets and savouries until Karthigai Deepam. He also spoke about his fondness for adhirasam and dry fruit mixture, which remain among his favourite festive treats.

Following the nostalgic conversations, contestants take on the challenge of preparing a variety of traditional delicacies, including Mysore Pak, Murukku, Somas and Seedai, along with several innovative sweet creations.

Going beyond a regular cooking competition, the special episode promises to celebrate the emotional connection people share with festive food, bringing back cherished memories of childhood, family traditions and the simple joys of Diwali.
