The Lassi Spills, the Tempers Flare: The Workers’ Takhta Palat Plans Hit a Roadblock on Rise and Fall Season 2
Mumbai, India, 9th October 2026: In the Tower, a little power can go a long way and a little lassi can stir up a whole lot of trouble! With the Workers eyeing the prize pot and hoping to turn the tables on the Rulers, the Lassi Factory challenge was meant to be their shot at a takhta palat. But when the Rulers chose the hardest level, the Workers were left fuming before the task had even begun. What followed was a messy mix of accusations, defiance and fraying loyalties, proving that in this Tower, the real kalesh often begins long before the game is played.
The Lassi Factory came with a simple goal and a rather tricky route to victory. The Workers had 60 minutes to get lassi from the processing tank to the Rulers’ dhaba, with one Worker stationed on a platform to lower it in a bucket using a rope. Below, two blindfolded Workers had to collect the lassi in buckets balanced on their heads, guided by another teammate, while a Ruler supervised their progress and a Worker Union Leader was part of the setup. But before the first bucket could make its way down, the Rulers had a big call to make. An easy challenge could earn the Workers ₹10 lakh, medium offered ₹15 lakh, and hard put ₹20 lakh up for grabs. The catch? If the Workers failed, the Rulers would take ₹20 lakh, ₹15 lakh or ₹10 lakh, respectively. The Workers pushed for medium, hoping for a fair chance to win back their money, but the Rulers went with hard. Shehzad wasted no time taking a dig at Priyanka, holding her responsible for the Workers’ dwindling fortunes and accusing her of adding to their woes. And just like that, a challenge meant to bring the team together had turned into another round of finger-pointing.
The hard-level decision had barely sunk in when the next argument kicked off. As the Rulers decided who would go down to supervise the Workers, Niharika, once a Worker herself, grew emotional at the thought of her former teammates losing yet another chance to rise. Her plea for fairness soon turned into an outburst, and Raj was ultimately chosen to oversee the task. But the Workers were in no mood to take orders. They questioned Raj’s supervision and pushed back against his instructions, leaving the Rulers frustrated with how he was handling the challenge, too. With the Workers resisting, the Rulers unhappy and the clock ticking, the task was fast turning into a battle of egos rather than a coordinated effort. Then came the final blow: the main container broke, bringing the challenge to an abrupt stop. The Workers were left devastated, their chance to win the prize money gone without a winner, while the Rulers were hardly pleased with how the task had unfolded. The Lassi Factory had promised a chance at takhta palat, but the only thing spilling faster than the lassi was the frustration.
And the kalesh didn’t stop with the task. Niharika’s sympathy for her former fellow Workers put her at odds with Irina, bringing their loyalties into question. Priyanka and Shehzad, meanwhile, were back at each other, and their war of words soon got personal when Priyanka mocked his surname. Shehzad was clearly displeased and threatened to walk away from the game, but Priyanka wasn’t about to back down, retorting, “Tu niklega nahi lekin tera deen dharam hai hi nahi kuch..”. With the Lassi Factory challenge called off and the Workers left without a win, the drama took another turn as Shehzad was seen talking about Swara and Gautam behind their backs, raising the question of whether these friendships are as genuine as they seem. Adding another unexpected layer to the episode, Tej Pratap Yadav opened up about his divorce, bringing a deeply personal revelation into the Tower. From heated confrontations to questionable friendships and shocking confessions, the episode had no shortage of drama. Will the Workers get another shot at a takhta palat, or will the Rulers continue to have the last laugh?
